A atenção da equipe que me recebeu no check in. Eles tiveram muita empatia comigo, haja vista que eu estava sem local para passar a noite (Devido ao cancelamento da reserva que havia feito em outro hotel).

Excelente café da manhã, com muitas opções e tudo muito bem servido. O hotel é extremamente confortável, com quartos amplos, tudo novo e impecavelmente limpo. O atendimento é um grande diferencial: atencioso, eficiente e profissional em todos os momentos. Como ponto extra, a hospedagem oferece acesso ao Beach Club da rede localizado em Ponta Negra, o que torna a experiência ainda mais completa. Recomendo fortemente.
