Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Generally reported as clean and tidy in many reviews, but there are specific negative mentions (mould in a bathroom, some scuffed/worn areas) that lower this score slightly.
Service
8.6
Multiple mentions of young, friendly and helpful staff, early check-in accommodated and overall good service; occasional complaints about long waits at reception/breakfast times.
Location
9.3
Consistently praised as very central and convenient (close to the train station and old town), ideal for rail travellers; some noise from nearby tracks if windows are open.
Room Quality
7.9
Rooms described as comfortable with good beds and decent showers, but issues noted with size, intermittent air-conditioning problems (not cooling or noisy) and some wear in areas.
Amenities
7.5
Basic amenities like kettle/tea provided were appreciated, but guests report missing in-room minibar/fridge, a snack machine that only accepts cards, and paid/limited parking which detracts from the amenities score.
Value for Money
7.8
Several guests find the hotel good value for location and price, though unexpected parking fees and perceived high breakfast price reduce perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Mixed feedback: some guests describe a hearty/good breakfast, others report limited selection, overcrowded breakfast room and that breakfast felt overpriced.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall positive experience driven by excellent location and friendly staff, tempered by practical issues (parking, breakfast crowding, occasional room/AC problems).

Mit einer Klimaanlage tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum. Frühstück, Service.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Das ist eine Lüftung im Zimmer. Die Nacht war super heiß.

Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis trotzdem noch ein wenig verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

So geht Hotel. Alles perfekt, sauber und sicher. Die Anmeldung war für mich neu. Sehr schalldichte Fenster.

Cons:

Eine Flasche Wasser sollte im Zimmer angeboten werden., dann wäre es eine 9.
Rührei viel zu labberig und wässrig, nicht genießbar.

The cleanliness in the room wasn’t up to the usual standard for Premier Inn. Floors were dirty.
