The property was great and the town is small and definitely lacking in restaurants. Only choice bein Mexican food.

It was nice desk lady at night was nice the lady in the breakfast area was rude , couldn’t get milk because she already put 6 out be for real that’s a big place need more than six lady other than her rude behavior, we I joyed it

Pros:

I liked the young man at the front desk. He was very professional, helpful and listened to my complaints. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower felt like I was going through a car wash I felt so clean.

Cons:

When we went up to our room there was a man already in there with his stuff laid out everywhere. I was completely in shock because we had just checked in assuming our room would be empty. Thankfully he was nice and understood the hotel had made a mistake. We went down stairs and the nice young man put us in a new room. I had to walk down stairs to get wash cloths because there was none in the room. Also the next morning around 7:30 we were woken up by house keeping trying to come in the didn't knock or anything. Thankfully we had the extra lock on. I opened the door and they walked back and said they thought we were gone even though check out wasnt until 11.

It was clean, and nearby our destination.

Cons:

It was not what I expected from Holiday Inn. It was definitely an older property. The shower was very slippery when wet. It could use some more, or newer, anti slip grips on the bottom.

Pros:

Night auditor Ariana was exceptionally pleasant. After traveling at least 4 hours and arriving at midnight, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
