5 star hotel been 2 times to this hotel going back in 2027 food is great something for everyone entertainment is top notch

Nice hotel and staff. They gave us beautiful bungalow. Very happy with that. Food ot desirable. Do t understand why in London Turkish food is so good. Not here when should be but we survive… always something available to eat as was Buffett
Bear in mind, No Internet, very weak. Need to be careful.When we got home we got charge £200 with mobile company as children and husband used without realising.

It was a fantastic holiday with good entertainment and food with three meals every day and snacks, with cocktails for long hours. Mrs Buse and Memo were amazing to us. they are part of the entertainment team and their energy was amazing all the time. They were so kind to us also.

Amazing staff, even though it was winding down for the end of season all staff so welcoming and still all smiling, all helpful nothing too much trouble. Great food and chefs showed great pride in work and presentation of food. Lovely pools although very cold but could just be due to the time of year. Cleaning excellent rooms and hotel spotless. Rooms a lovely size, clean and plenty of storage with safe and mini fridge in room. Spa on site we didn’t use but heard lots of fantastic reviews from fellow guests. Waterpark was a fantastic addition, kids really enjoyed the days we spent there. Fantastic location so easy to hop a taxi or dolmus right outside hotel in to Hisarano, Fethiye, Oludenez and the blue lagoon. Evening entertainment was a little lacking but hotel occupancy would have been low and the animation team couldn’t have tried any harder to engage the guests, perhaps could have been more going on at the pools during the day for the kids but that really is my only slight negative. Thank you so much we have loved our stay with you and would recommend to anyone thinking of booking for 2026. We are couple who travelled with our 2 daughters Aged 14 and 11 and each brought their best friends along too.

At first visit this hotel was lovely and the villa was perfect for our family holiday. Until my daughter got hurt and no one cared enough to check or even sort the issue that caused the accident.
We arrived monday afternoon and after going to our room we got changed and went to the pool and straight away my husband noticed the broken tile on the steps to the main pool.
He went to reception and reported this.
The following 2 days it poured of rain so by the Thursday when then sun came out the girls were so exited to get in the pool.
My daughter sliced her leg on this broken tile and missed out on 2 days of her holiday as not being able to get in the water at the pool or waterpark.
When this happened entertainment manager informed the management, So on the same day when they came to the pool taking photos and discussing the broken tile as tho the didnt know.
We were told someone was going to speak to us and we were there another week after this and we heard nothing. We spoke to 4 different management throughout the week and never got any communication or information.
The day we left the tile was still broken and nothing had been done to keep anyone away or even informing anyone about it. We kept telling other guests to keep their kids away from the steps.
And to make this worse I reported this to my travel agent and the reponse they got back from the hotel was saying nothing had been reported and nothing had been said to them from us. Which is a lie. I hope anyone who visits this hotel haven't had to deal with the management as you will be waiting a long time. Oh and the 2nd last day during dinner 4 owners/management came around the tables asking how our holiday had been etc and I said even then about what had happened and he just brushed it off. Definitely wasn't interested.

We have just arrived home from a beautiful holiday. The hotel staff, from reception, cleaners, chef’s and entertainment were incredible to say the least. They couldn’t do enough for you. The food was lovely, the rooms were spacious and clean. Rumi, who cleaned our room was particularly brilliant, it was my birthday whilst we were there, she did a beautiful swan towel display on our bed. The entertainment was amazing too, we are waiting for them to pop up on the booking sites and we’re going back in May. Can’t wait. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The entertainment was amazing and the entertainment leader kept things lively with non-stop fun and laughter.
My son loved the pool games which he hasn’t stoped talking about.
The staff were all so happy and friendly, they would remember your drinks and your name and was also happy to help .
The Food was flavorful and lots of choice too.
I’d definitely come back and visit again we are looking to book again next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was so happy with my stay, that I plan to go back every year, I went with my mum, sister, her 2 children and myself and my twins who are 3.
The staff go over and beyond to help you, they are so friendly and they give you so much advise where to go what to do. I had the pleasure to meet Mehmet, such a kind soul and he was so friendly with us all. He told us all about the entertainment, and even got us involved when I’m super shy, which did wonders for me. He did such an amazing job with the water sports activities in the pool. Me and the kids couldn’t get enough. He was so reassuring, kept asking if we needed help or anything, told us about the attractions that we didn’t even know about, he even helped plan some of the days out. From the rooms, to the food, to the entertainment, I’m so glad we chose to stay here. We travel a lot as a family and I honestly feel that no where I have stayed before, the staff have cared so so much. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, so clean and tidy. I will see you next year 😊

Just got back from 2 weeks at orka world hotel and Aquapark and all I can say is what an amazing hotel!!

The food is amazing so much to choose from and everything I tried was so flavourful, the kids mostly lived on nugs and chips but tried other things which they didn’t last year at another hotel we went to.

The entertainment staff were the BEST!! The made the stay so much fun from kids club to yoga and evening and day entertainment.

All the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We even got upgraded for free as we were in two separate rooms.

I would only say downfall is some of the rooms are a little dated but I think this is being done gradual. I loved the dated look tho as reminded me of rooms when I was younger and being on holiday.

Waterpark is an added bonus and perfect for a couple hours.
The location is good too lots of shops and places to eat. Everyone’s been so friendly.

Would 100% recommend and want to come back!

The villa was very clean and spacious.

Entertainment at the Hotel was very good, especially on the 29th for the Turkish holiday.
There was plenty going on throughout the day.

The food has been really good, all staff have been very helpful and kept everywhere tidy. You can pretty much eat all day if you wanted to.

There was a daily shuttle bus to the waterpark, it's also within walking distance. The waterpark is ideal for families

I would come here again.

We had the best time as a family, the food was great and a lot of options. The entertainment was also good during the day, the evening entertainment was also good with live music and fun games for the children. The staff was great especially Mehmet, we would definitely comeback again.

Just got back from 10 days here, the rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. The food was beautiful and the staff so friendly. Big shout out to the 3 entertainers (2 ladies and man) they did amazing keeping the kids entertained and the adults, so accommodating and friendly joining in themselves and always coming to check how your holiday was they sat and chatted to us getting to know us and we enjoyed their company, the kids loved them too they made the holiday so memorable for all of us not just the kids. Thank you so much for everything we will miss yous ❤️

An amazing time at this beautiful hotel.
ALL of the staff were brilliant, always there to help with anything.

The food and drinks available were great, so many options, variety of food every day. My son loved the ALADIN drink, my daughter the MICKEY MOUSE.

This was our 1st time travelling to Turkey and I have to say, it was wonderful. We made some amazing new friends while there.

The Spa staff were lovely, my wife & I enjoyed a lovely session there which was amazing.

Mehmet & the entertainment team were brilliant. Always providing things to do during the day & night. Getting people involved and always so friendly.

Some suggestions to look into......the main swimming pool although beautiful, was VERY COLD & VERY DEEP. This made it difficult to do much unfortunately, making it more shallow would allow for more activities such as Aqua aerobics, water polo & maybe a pool/foam party.
My daughter wouldn't get into the pool as it was so cold which was a pity.

We did a number of excursions such as, paragliding with my son, cable cart to watch the sunset & a boat trip to 5 islands which was stunning.

We will definitely look to come back again. 5 STAR 🌟

Amazing week at this hotel. Myself, husband and 14 year old twins (boy and girl). We had a 3 bedroom villa, which was very clean and so spacious.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff were really helpful and friendly from reception team to restaurant/bar staff. Food was very tasty and there was a lot of variety (I dread to think of how much weight I have gained lol). Great variety of drinks, husband has found a lovely of rum and coke!!!!

Entertainment....Mehmet and his team are simply the best. Providing fab entertainment not only during the day but the evening too. My son thoroughly enjoyed the killer darts and "fighting" with his dad on the pool gladiator inflatable.

Suggestions.....The pool is very deep, unable to stand up...no shallow end and it is VERY cold...my daughter didn't go in because of this. I would like to suggest that making a shallower end to the pool would allow activities like aqua aerobics, water polo or even a pool party and warming the pool would be good. I would definitely have done more activities if this was the case. Also, maybe a tennis court or basketball court would be good too.

Venturing outside the resort into Oludeniz, the locals were very welcoming and friendly. My husband and son did paragliding and they both said it was mind-blowing, an experience they will never forget and we did a lovely boat tour that visited 5 different islands.

All in all, we will definitely visit again.

Any noise, nice and quiet at night. Staff are fantastic and always willing to help. Plenty of sun beds. Bottles of water always available for free. Entertainment staff always go above and beyond to make your staff more enjoyable with plenty of pool games, singing, dancing and they always make you laugh and are very polite. Kids loved it, everyday was something for them to do. Evening entertainment is amazing and the Turkish dance show was my favourite.

Lovely hotel, we had a family room perfect for a 5 person family,Mehmet the man who run the entertainment at the pool was amazing the pool games were good for adults and kids only thing pool 2 deep for water volleyball 🏐, all inclusive food was different Monday to Sunday but fresh, friendly service from all staff,not far from oludeniz 300tl in a taxi and a beautiful place to visit if you come here

This is a lovely spot. The staff, particularly the waiting staff, are great, v hardworking. We had a downstairs villa room - there was a lot of noise from upstairs, not sure if more sound insulation needed. But otherwise the room was perfect.

Orca resort was nice. We stayed in a Villa down at the main pool. On arrival staff was pleasent and entrance welcoming but if you arrive on the Monday there is no entertainment on any Monday ?
On arrival we done our checks and in the main pool at the steps there was a broken tile with very sharp edge off which i reported at main desk but nothing was done to make safe so my daughter on the Thursday got a bad cut on it. We reported it to Mehmet the entairnment manager and he could not off been any nicer, he took pics off her leg and the broken tile and spoke to management off which did not even have the decency to approach us for an explanation or a sorry so this is why we will never return to this resort.
Its sad tbh as EVERYONE else was amazing and very friendly, Our favourites was Mehmet and the lassie from Entertaitment, the 2 young ones at pool seving the drinks and Engan the guy that cleaned up round pool. Love all off them.
Another upset was during the 2 days rain the hotel did not go out there way to put entertainment on or any entertainment which was a poor show.
Anyway nice wee place with great staff but very poor management and if you use the waterpark take plenty cash as they wont even let you in with water to drink.
