The Crawford Hotel

The location was amazing! Being inside Union Station you were within walking distance from everything. We had the superior loft and it did not disappoint. The room was extremely clean and we loved the unique design of the room. It was located on the 4th floor which used to be the attic of the train station. The train station was hopping at night but you could hear a pin drop in your room because it was SO quiet at night. From check in to check out the associates were amazing and extremely welcoming. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Denver!!!!

Amazing hotel. The history and ambiance is something to be experienced first hand. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You can't beat the location. Right next to the trains and so many restaurants, shops and entertainment within walking distance.
You get so many perks included in your stay. Free ice cream daily, free coffee daily at the shops in the lobby and free return Lyft rides within a certain mileage from the hotel. The rooms are decorated so beautifully. The water they provide tastes amazing after walking around town all day. Soooo cold and fresh. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish.

Jennifer was exceptionally kind, customer-centric, and incredibly helpful in walking me through everything worth knowing about the local area. She brought amazing energy and such a positive attitude that you genuinely feel better after interacting with her. She is clearly top talent, the kind of person who will succeed one way or another because her ability to connect with people and deliver outstanding service is rare. They better be paying her a lot, and honestly, they should be building a team around her if that is one of her professional goals.

The Crawford staff is amazingly helpful and always friendly. Of course, the location is always a hit and ideal when you are visiting with family and friends.

Beautiful kept up older buildings that should be preserved. Paid extra for building upkeep but is well worth paying. Good to see security provided. Close to RTD train services that connects to airport. Walking distance to several big events.

We had a lovely stay at the Crawford Hotel. The hotel’s location is perfect for a visit to Denver. The Crawford is unique among the many other hotels we’ve visited - the historic surroundings, the high quality food and beverage options in the building, the very comfortable and very quiet room. Our visit exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back.

The hotel had been upgraded from the last time that we had stayed here. The check-in area was now enclosed and felt that I was checking into a hotel as compared to the previous experience. The room remodel was excellent and the room felt very upscale. The amenities (courtesy Lyft, evening drink, morning coffee) with the local vendors included with the room was a great addition and appreciated.

Overall I highly recommend this hotel whether visiting Denver or you just need a weekend getaway!

It was a difficult trip for me. I was in Denver to be with my father who is in very bad shape at St. Joseph's Hospital nearby you all. I spent 10-12 hours a day at the hospital with him caring for him and helping him to breath with his oxygen devices, and it was an absolute GODSEND to be able to leave the hospital and come back to such an incredible hotel and hotel room. Every single person was so empathetic and caring (I told them about the reason for my visit), and they went above and beyond to make sure my room was ready and stocked with all the relaxing creature comforts I could want when I came back exhausted every evening. I cannot sufficiently express the level of my gratitude to your wonderful staff in words. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

This is a super cute hotel in the Grand Central Station. The rooms are beautifully appointed. There is a coffee maker and a refrigerator for your use.Location is great as they have several great restaurants in Grand Central Station . The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The stay exceeded my expectations and I would be very happy to come back

We loved our stay at the beautiful Crawford Hotel. From the moment we checked in we felt like honored guests. Melanie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of wine or prosecco, which we gladly accepted after a long day of travel! Our room was right off the hallway that overlooked the Union Station plaza area (reminded me of Grand Central Station), but was still very quiet. Our bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers two free drinks at the Terminal Bar, as well as a free scoop of ice cream at the creamery. The location next to the Amtrak was convenient, as well as downtown Denver.We would stay again!

The Crawford Hotel was a beautiful property right inside the Union Station. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. The hotel’s amenities were abundant, from a welcome glass of wine to a free drink at the Terminal Bar and free scoop of ice cream at the creamery. The downtown location was convenient, and of course, right next to the Amtrak tracks for easy access.

Great location and very nice boutique hotel. I really liked the fact they had dessert hour with some complimentary chocolates or desserts and also their set-up with the restaurants at the station. Breakfast credit was included and the breakfast restaurant was ok. I still prefer a hotel buffet-style restaurant for a high-end hotel but this also worked out ok. The staff were very friendly. They offered wine or drinks at arrival which was nice.
The only negative I can think of was the smell of food in the mornings in the room. I think it's inevitable as there are multiple restaurants on-site at the main station and the rooms are located in the hall (which is actually gorgeous). I needed in-and-out for parking so didn't use their valet service and instead parked in a close-by parking lot.
