The Crawford Hotel was a beautiful property right inside the Union Station. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. The hotel’s amenities were abundant, from a welcome glass of wine to a free drink at the Terminal Bar and free scoop of ice cream at the creamery. The downtown location was convenient, and of course, right next to the Amtrak tracks for easy access.
Nothing
Great location and very nice boutique hotel. I really liked the fact they had dessert hour with some complimentary chocolates or desserts and also their set-up with the restaurants at the station. Breakfast credit was included and the breakfast restaurant was ok. I still prefer a hotel buffet-style restaurant for a high-end hotel but this also worked out ok. The staff were very friendly. They offered wine or drinks at arrival which was nice.
The only negative I can think of was the smell of food in the mornings in the room. I think it's inevitable as there are multiple restaurants on-site at the main station and the rooms are located in the hall (which is actually gorgeous). I needed in-and-out for parking so didn't use their valet service and instead parked in a close-by parking lot.
Overall, we had a nice stay in this hotel. The service is great, the room was clean and comfortable. There were just a few little things that were not great. The valet service took a long time, Elroy was great, but he's one person on a busy weekend. We would definitely stay at the Crawford again!
The Crawford hotel is an amazing venue. Not only ws the room and hotel beautiful, from check in to check out staff ws amazing.
We loved The Crawford Hotel!! Our loft room was spacious and decorated nicely. Jennifer at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. We had two valet attendants that were especially great, Elroy on 3/8/26 and, I think, Kevin was his name, when we arrived the morning of 3/6/26!
Our stay was beyond our expectations! The staff took great care of us from the moment we checked in. My friends and I were so impressed with the customer service and the personal touches from Gracie, Catrina, Wiatt and Melanie. Also Joey from Valet was so helpful and attentive. The room was exquisite, we truly felt so spoiled! We will definitely be back!
This is one of the best places you can go in Denver, the one and only problem is the homeless that are allowed to roam the public area. It seems like the hotel has everything possible to isolate their guests from this problem once you check in. The common area where you can enjoy a coffee or food item in the beautiful atrium area is littered with homeless spewing profanities and shouting nonsense. I do realize it is a city issue as this is also a train station but wish this beautiful gem of a property could resolve the problem.
A step back in time to enjoy the experience of staying in a train station. Everything was perfect, from check in, atmosphere, relaxation and within walking distance to everything we needed.
Fantastic hotel in Union Station. Great food and drinks within the building, yet with room set off enough to feel private. Great service and friendly staff. I will stay again next time I’m in Denver.
We loved staying at the Crawford. We arrived to a nice glass of wine for my husband and prosecco for me. Plus a little, delicious dessert. Check-in was fast and efficient and we were handed our room keys with both hands. Our room had very high ceilings with very long curtains to match. Everything in the room was upscale. Nice bathroom and bed. Enjoyed the Keurig in the room for coffee. Aluminum water bottles and no single use plastics made us happy. In the world where you are always getting nickled and dimed, at the Crawford you get free water, free ice cream (though we arri
ve too late), and free morning coffee at the shop in the main hall. Lots of restaurants in the mall hall make it so convenient. We arrived by train and the hotel is steps away. We will return as we enjoyed the entire experience and The Crawford is our new favorite hotel.
Nice rooms and cool vibe in the Union Station area, but check-in was difficult, and we were given room keys that had not been activated. The valet is unreliable and slow, and is not available 24 hours a day.
We stayed one glorious night and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any hotel, ever! Well worth the money! I encourage everyone to check this place out! From the spotless room to the friendly and accommodating staff, The Crawford is my new favorite hotel! Shout out to Melanie for helping to make our trip amazing. Applause!

The alarm clock was a nightmare. Had to have front desk do a wake up call.
Fantastic place to stay. Extreamly easy to access from the airport via the train. (25min) $7.00.
Hotel rooms feel more like home than a hotel. Very pleased will definitly come back if in the area. Very detail oriented staff, overdelivered on expectastions.
What a unique stay? The location and the history of the building added to the experience. So fun and great for Girls getaway.
You never have to leave the building! Shops and restaurants inside.Great staff! Shout out to Blake and Melanie. Can’t wait till the next visit!
The hotel spoils their guests - a free ice cream scoop and drip coffee per day. Free Lyft rides within a 2 mile radius! Free water, tea, coffee in the room. Beautiful rooms! Wow! Train from the airport to Union Station was super convenient for staying at the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful. The amenities were five star. The welcome drink and escort to the elevator was a nice touch. It felt 5 star throughout our entire stay from assistance with reservations to ride shares. You hardly hear any noise from the trains or street.
