Extremely spacious room and very friendly and helpful staff. While the hotel rooms had very comfortable beds, the rooms need some serious refurbishment specially to the woodwork in the rooms and the toilets and showers etc in the rooms.The free breakfast mentioned on the Hotels.com site is absolute lies as the hotel does not offer it with this package (superior room). When I decided to pay for the breakfast and went for the same, every item of food was absolutely cold even though I was the first breakfast customer. Walked out from breakfast in 2 mins. The lunch buffet though was quite good.
With a good room rate, we took a chance on staying here, even though all the Reviews weren't that positive and are happy that we did so, and extended our stay by another week. Management have tried hard to be helpful, had us move rooms when the wi-fi wasn't working well in first room. Breakfast is pretty good - and the location is good for getting rickshaws easily to many sites. Lovely plants and artwork all around the Hotel.
I had booked this hotel for my In-Laws. Upon their arrival they were told there is no record of such a reservation. Then I had to get on the phone with the staff to explain that the booking is via Expedia and had to forward an email just to prove that there is a valid reservation. The person at the front desk did not speak proper English and we went back and forth on this for a while.
Room Service was very very poor. Do something immediately. Otherwise your hotel will lose its reputation. Room Service boy entered the room only after making not less that ten calls! I have never experienced such a experience anywhere else.
Good facilities.Good food.House keeping not satisfactory.No hot water 24 hours.WIFI doesnt connect.Minibar doesnt work.
