Gutes Hotel, super freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber, zentral gelegen, gutes Frühstück, sehr leise, ich glaube, es wurde sogar jeden zweiten Tag die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Sehr empfehlenswert

Cons:

Es fehlen Ablagen für die Koffer; kleine zusammenklappbare Racks wie in Japan würden auch hier einem kleinen Zimmer gut zu Gesicht stehen. Das war' s aber auch schon.

Pros:

La atención inmejorable, desde el personal de recepción hasta las señoras del desayuno. Sin duda te hacen sentir como en casa. Te reciben con una sonrisa y están atentos en todo momento. El desayuno fresco, variado y delicioso. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Te ayudan con recomendaciones de Istanbul. La proximidad a sitos de interés es un puntazo. Volveremos sin duda 🙌🏽

Perfect.
Pros:

A wide selection of bread, vegetables, cheeses, desserts and beverages. Everything was fresh and very well presented. The room was very clean and functional. The bathroom was very well maintained. The hotel’s location was perfect.

Good choice for sightseeing Stambul
Pros:

Ketlaya Hotel has a perfect location taking into consideration sightseeing of top attractions of Stambul. It is a botique hotel with exeptionaly friendly, caring and helpful staff in a quiet but centrally located area. The room was spacious (room for 3) and we could always go on the terrace on the top of the building to relax and enjoy a sea view. It's in a walking distance to Blue Mosque (however prayers were not too loud, especially important for those on 5 am), Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. Breakfast was also available and OK for us for entire stay (3 nights). Around you can find few nice places to have a dinner in reasonable prices, too, however please note that there are much better prices in other parts of Stambul exept Sultanahmet and believeme there are plenty of options in every part. To sum up, we trully recommend this hotel for a city break in Stambul. We wouldn't hesitate to choose it next time. Thank you very much for making our stay exeptional.

Amazing, thank you!!
Pros:

The service was excellent! Yasin, Yunus, and Malik took great care of us and were always ready to answer any questions. The hotel is well located near Sultanahmet and has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of. Anything that could be improved was communicated and addressed immediately.
