Pros:

Yes, the complex is a litlle dated. However, our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Excellent location, walkable to many restaurants, and local tourist attractions. The price is very reasonable.

Die Lage wsr super,nicht weit vom Strand und Abends vom Rummel und Restaurants.Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich,hat mir den vergessenen Ausweiss nach Sydney nachgeschickt.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Die Fenster sind gegen Lärm Null geschützt.

Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Trickett Gardens.Great location to everything in Surfer's paradise and beyond. A very nice apartment with everything one needs and a pretty balcony with great views. It has a lovely pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend these apartments.

Pros:

La ubicacion es buena si se quiere estar cerca de la playa y las calles comerciales

Cons:

El dormitorio muy mal cuidado, viejo y en malas condiciones. Malos cerramientos y una cocina obsoleta. Te piden que hagas las camas, que saques la basura, que limpies todo antes de irte. Como si te lo estuvieran prestando mas que cobrando! un desastre el sistema.

Pros:

Staff were super friendly, so close to everything, beds were comfy, own laundry, very roomy, couch was cozy. We had an issue with the shower and a chair but they came and fixed it straight away.

Good location and reasonably priced but a dated apartment.
Pros:

Quiet location and easy walking distance to the beach/bars. Staff helpful for a late check in. The apartment was quite spacious.

Cons:

Property was tired and dated. Curtains were old and didn’t cover the window properly. Sank in to couch when sitting on it. TV didn’t connect to main terrestrial channels. Probably the worst apartment we stayed in during our 3 week road trip and only saved by the helpful staff.

Pros:

Excellent location, secure premises, undercover parking, comfortable bed

Cons:

Very small bathroom, nowhere for soap to go at the hand basin, shower not as clean as it could have been. Wardrobes need refurbishing.
