The breakfast was okay. And the location is okay as they have watson and grocery stores nearby.

Cons:

However, please ensure the toilet/washroom at the groundfloor near the lobby to be cleaned regularly. When I first came to use the toilet,it has unpleasant stench perhaps from one of cubicles that was used.
