הייתה לנו חופשה מדהימה

חדרים נקיים ומתוחזקים יפה, שרות כלל הצוות היה אדיב ומקצועי , ספא מדהים ,חדר הסקי היה נקי ונוח לשימוש ונחדר אוכל היה מעולה

Cons:

בארוחת הבוקר לצערי לא היו ירקות מעבר לעגבניות ( מלפפון ,פלפל , חסה) וגם לא היו גבינות לבנות ( כדוגמת קוטג../ low fat )

Posizione ottima, in centro, manager molto disponibile e gentile, così come tutto lo staff, colazione ottima.

Cons:

Stanza non molto pulita, mancanza del kit bagno, mancanza bollitore in camera,ascensore malfunzionante,spa deludente per un 4 stelle , troppo affollata e rumorosa..

Dissapointing.
Pros:

Hotel is very well placed and close to the ski lifts but not much else to add.

Cons:

When we visited, the hotel did not seem to be ready to receive guests. Rooms were not fully equipped (hangers missing, toiletries, bins, soap and so on), the facilities were not functional (none of the sauna's was functional, temperature of the water int he pool was low) and the ski room had to be fully open and exposed + heating was not working. Breakfast was average at best. Rooms could really use an uplift. All in all a disappointing experience and not close to a 4 star hotel.

Località con un panorama bellissimo
Pros:

La posizione è interessante, permette la vista diretta sulla montagna e nello stesso tempo è abbastanza centrale rispetto all'abitato

Cons:

Ho notato che alcuni particolari della struttura sarebbero da ammodernare. La pulizia, in particolare del bagno, lasciava un pò a desiderare.
