Worst customer service experience ever
Cons:

This was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I have had and I travel a lot. I have never posted a review before but I felt compelled to warn others. Why? 1. They lied about renting skis on site “Ski equipment by Rossignol can be rented on site” and suggested I rent from another place that would deliver so our skiis would be ready when we arrived after a 2.5 hour drive from Milan. We needed to start skiing right away to make the ski trip to Switzerland in that one day we came to see the Alps and had spent a lot of time, effort and $ to do this. They had so many excuses why our skiis were not there when we arrived and only blamed others and took no responsibility themselves. It was really upsetting and we were delayed by 1.5 hours and was unable to make it to Zermatt because of this. 2. One of the front desk staff was horribly rude to me, so much so he made me cry. 3. They had only 1 person at the front desk and made guests wait for quite a bit of time. 4. The main floor and basement where the gym and spa is smelt like a very strong sewer gas smell and it was awful. I don’t know how anyone could enjoy a spa experience down there. 5. The walls were so thin we were woke up many times because you could hear everyone in the halls. 6. No one ever apologized to me about being treated so poorly and kept on blaming me for all the issues. The hotel manager continued to defend his staff and not admit anything the do was wrong. Worst customer service ever. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Location is amazing hotel was a good standard just sort out the smell
Pros:

Location was great
Lobby and Restrant were newly updated
Room was a good size
Staff were nice

Cons:

There is a smell coming from the ground floor to me it smelt like sewage it was not as strong the higher up you go our room was on the second floor
And it was ok

Temperature control problems, missing many small touches to make this worth the price they charge.
Cons:

Room was way too hot, sauna has crowded with children and did not have water and in general the temperature control of the entire facility was very uncomfortable.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Location was perfect, only a couple of minute walk to the ski lifts. Hotel itself really well equipped and the room was cozy and sufficiently spacious for plenty of ski gear. Breakfast was comprehensive with lots of choice and high quality. The spa was really enjoyable and most welcome after a long day in the cold.

Cons:

Not much I didn't like but the key card holder for the power in the room was very odd and wouldn't allow the door to be opened from the outside.
