Great hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Location was perfect, only a couple of minute walk to the ski lifts. Hotel itself really well equipped and the room was cozy and sufficiently spacious for plenty of ski gear. Breakfast was comprehensive with lots of choice and high quality. The spa was really enjoyable and most welcome after a long day in the cold.

Cons:

Not much I didn't like but the key card holder for the power in the room was very odd and wouldn't allow the door to be opened from the outside.

Pros:

Hotel is in a great location close to the chairlift Cetraz, also walking distance to various restaurants, ski rental places, and shops.
I liked the hotel facilities- spa with sauna, steam room and the pool, as well as ski room.
The breakfast buffet had nice selection of food and it was delicious. Half board option was also great. I had dinner at the restaurant couple times and the food was very good.
Hotel staff were very courteous, professional and helpful.

Cons:

My room, although nicely appointed, did not have a single drawer. I think it would be helpful if there was some furniture with drawers in the room, it would be more practical for storing/ organizing.

Расположение, близость к подъёмнику, чистота, красивое лобби

Cons:

Единственная сотрудница на ресепшен, долгое время ожидания. В номере не меняли полотенца 3 дня, были технические проблемы с локерами и сейфом, слабый напор воды в душе. В спа было сложно найти свободное место.

Excellent -Friendly Hotel – Highly Recommended!

This hotel was an outstanding choice for our vacation with our 3- and 6-year-old children, for several reasons.

First, the hotel staff is exceptionally. Every interaction we had exceeded our expectations. In particular some members of the staff, Enrico, Marco, Verónica, Martin and Carmen went above and beyond to support us at every moment. They attended to small details, showed genuine care for our children. ❤️

Second, the location is perfect. It’s just a block and a half from the ski lifts, where you can also rent equipment. When traveling with kids, short distances are crucial so they don’t get tired and can enjoy their time comfortably.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the common areas are beautiful with every detail thoughtfully considered. The ski room for storing equipment is essential and extremely practical. Breakfast is excellent, completing a truly wonderful experience.

We also enjoyed the massages with Tiziana, both the aroma massage and the ski recovery massage were incredible.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back next year. Many thanks to the whole team for making our vacation so special!
