O VACANTA MINUNATA LA SKI DE PASTE

amplasarea hotelului extraordinara
amenajarea hotelului
centrul SPA elegant dar simplu

Cons:

dimensiunea camerei foarte mica pentru 4 stele
absenta loc de joaca ăentru copii existent pana acum tot timpul
micul dejun cam simplu si in general insuficient
fara alte atractii la hotel,mese de biliard,bowling etc

Pros:

La sala colazioni, la spa e la struttura in generale sono stupendi. La vista è incredibile e anche la posizione.

Cons:

Il divano letto della camera quadrupla è abbastanza scomodo, ci aspettavamo come da foto un letto matrimoniale e due singoli.

Fantastic hotel. Will definitely return.
Pros:

All the staff were excellent. Very friendly and nothing was too much effort.

Cons:

There were no complimentary drinks in the room. A couple of bottles of water each day would have been welcome. There was tea and coffee though…

Very disappointed by the very small room we were given. Not what we booked.

Was second trip there, I booked a superior room and communicated early about the need of having a nice room with nice view. Came before with some friends etc... and I explained that my partner does not ski, so it is important for her to have a nice room with view,
We were put in a ridiculously small room. The front desk was nice and explained that the room was on a floor that was bought more recently and that was always an issue when hotel was full and that the manager will come back to us. The manager was very bad in his handling. On the 3rd day he finally talked to us and told me that actually the minuscule room was supposedly of a higher standard. I told him that this was not appropriate and that the room in no way looked like the pictures. We were then moved to a proper room but with no mountain view. My partner was very disappointed.

fantastic stay, would stay again!

Everything was great, nice bar with friendly staff, enjoyed the free nibbles provided. food from bar was nice also.
