We have just had another fantastic stay at the the Naz Hotel, our third visit. The hotel is a family run boutique hotel within 15 minutes walk of Gocek, with its shops and restaurants. Reyhan and her staff do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, the pool is beautiful and our latest stay provided just the rest and relaxation we needed. Breakfast, as usual, is excellent. A small boutique hotel which we will return to again as soon as possible. A real gem.

This hotel concept design concept white they keep so clean. I never see hotel that clean stuff is a wonderful time is it all I can say better than five star hotel?

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und können diesen auch definitiv weiterempfehlen. Sehr saubere Zimmer und auch sehr saubere Außenanlagen. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr höflich, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir werden diese Unterkunft mit Sicherheit wieder nutzen wollen falls unsere Reise uns erneut nach Göcek führt.

Family stay to visit the region. Hotel rather well placed in a quiet area. Discreet staff but serving customers. The management is also available and smiling. The breakfast is nice and rather hearty. Downside: I am charged for orange juice and breakfast coffees while I paid for my stay in breakfast included formula on the pretext that it is not included... even if it is not a large sum I find that it lacks class all the same because either we tell the customer before or it is included but we do not charge the surplus like that. I was quite surprised so do not hesitate to ask what is included and what is not included from the beginning.
From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. They were attentive, polite and efficient. The rooms were extremely clean. The owner introduced herself and the family to us. If they didn't have something we wanted they went out and got it. We were given a late checkout.They went above and beyond throughout our stay. Even as a group of 8 they gave us shots when we had our last meal. We have all said we would definitely book a stay there if ever we return to Gocek.

Very comfortable and well maintained Hotel with a great pool area and well tended gardens.
We made a huge mistake in trusting the hotel with regard to the cost of drinks and extras. There was no drinks menu available and we mistakenly thought that the prices would be similar to other hotels and restaurants in the Gocek area. We supported the hotel by taking two dinners during our five night stay and by returning after dining elsewhere to enjoy a few late evening drinks. During dinner and at other times we ordered quite a lot of what we considered to be Turkish house wine and expected to be charged similar prices to those we had experienced whilst dining out in the marina area of Gocek. All our drinks were charged to one room throughout our stay and the final bill was presented to us on the morning of our departure. We were shocked and horrified to see that the house wine we had consumed was charged at a minimum of 66 euros per bottle and a maximum of 90 euros per bottle. We had no choice other than to pay these extortionate prices and despite complaints to the hotel owner we were only offered a derisory 1000 Turkish lira discount (£50 in sterling) which we refused to accept. The total wine bill amounted to over 1300 euros for our party of six people. This can only be described as extortionate and was compounded by the hotel charging us for bowls of nuts and nibbles which were provided unsolicited to accompany our drinks. As a comparison, the average price of a decent bottle of white or red wine in the best restaurants in Gocek was around 18 to 25 euros. The wines provided by the hotel were of average quality and there can be no justification in charging such ridiculously exorbitant prices other than sheer greed on behalf of the owners.
This issue tarnished our stay at the Naz Hotel to the extent that all the other good points we experienced during our stay faded into relative insignificance. We may been naive in trusting the hotel to charge reasonable prices without checking specifically but we left feeling that we had been deliberately ripped off.

My turkish wasnt great and neither was there english but we both took time to understand and communicate, i was so pleased have met all the staff who made my stay delightful.
