The location is great we go to the Good Friday match every year and stay there walking distance to marvel. The rooms are always clean and have everything u need

It wasn’t the relaxing break I expected and very much needed
Cons:

We arrived at 12 knowing we couldn’t go to our room until 2, but we checked in and came back at 3. Our room wasn’t ready The car park fee was refunded but it was very disappointing as we had things to get ready for. Unfortunately the room smelt too much of white king and the bin cupboard stank of cigarettes, which is weird as it’s a non smoking room
But the thing that really spoilt the breakaway was the DRUMS !!!! Marathon fine, no worries, but DRUMS BEATING AND BEATING At 7:15am on a Sunday morning. In a residential home/hotel area
We were on a break, wanted a sleep in and that’s what we got. Very unfortunate
