Nice hotel, good location and reasonably priced for a city stay
Pros:

Location and size and design of the 2 bed apartment room.

Cons:

The room hadn’t been serviced by approx 4.15 when we returned to hotel to shower and change. Chambermaid had just got round to emptying bins and changing towels, hence we needed to change and do beds were left unmade.

Definitely staying there again
Pros:

The ladies at the front desk are always excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Cons:

The corner where the two curtains meet left a gap of window which could be seen through at night

Very bad experience
Pros:

Only location.

Cons:

Hotel has a regarding cleanness, I asked for make my room, no one responded to clean my room. Not enough kitchen stuff, we didn’t find the chopping board, only one bag has been provided to collect rubbish, dishwashing powder has been provided for only one time use, though we stayed 3 nights. In toilets no hand washing soap no shower cap nothing. So many things

Will definitely come again . Highly recommend
Pros:

Location on the waterfront , friendly staff, balcony, view from the balcony , pool facilities all great, beautiful foyer

Cons:

If I had to say something the apartment was a little squishy for family of 4 (2 active boys) but not really an issue as we didn’t spend much time in there

Excellent hotel to stay at, highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to Restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, tram stop and Bars. My apartment was lovely and clean with waterfront views, very comfortable bed and I like their approach to sustainability, not wasting water on washing towels every day. The staff were always polite and helpful. Love the keycard system for both the lifts and external doors after hours, it makes you feel very safe.

Cons:

Although the WiFi was free unfortunately it was quite slow

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space.

Pros:

The location is good. An easy tram ride or walk into city.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room was bad. The room itself had issues like bedroom sliding doors didn’t close. Service was bad. Asked for a soap for the bathroom sink and told we couldn’t have one and had to use the soap from the shower. Certainly not want you would expect with what we paid for the room.
