Location on the waterfront , friendly staff, balcony, view from the balcony , pool facilities all great, beautiful foyer
If I had to say something the apartment was a little squishy for family of 4 (2 active boys) but not really an issue as we didn’t spend much time in there
Great location, easy walking distance to Restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, tram stop and Bars. My apartment was lovely and clean with waterfront views, very comfortable bed and I like their approach to sustainability, not wasting water on washing towels every day. The staff were always polite and helpful. Love the keycard system for both the lifts and external doors after hours, it makes you feel very safe.
Although the WiFi was free unfortunately it was quite slow

The location is good. An easy tram ride or walk into city.
Cleanliness of room was bad. The room itself had issues like bedroom sliding doors didn’t close. Service was bad. Asked for a soap for the bathroom sink and told we couldn’t have one and had to use the soap from the shower. Certainly not want you would expect with what we paid for the room.

The fact because there was a concert on prices near triples and friends had to pay the premium price. Parking cost for one night is pretty high.

Shampoo and body wash smelled like dethole, no bathrobes. It wasn't worth the price we paid.
Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed. Quality comfortable bedding. The location was perfect and peaceful. I had never considered Docklands as a desirable location when staying in Melbourne. I would happily stay here again. No crowds, no noise, yet just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The on-site parking may be problematic if you drive a larger vehicle or anything lowered. You need to check in before you park as the room key gives you access. There was plenty of short term (15 min) street parking nearby.

Cool vibes and decor; excellent location to trams and CBD. Wonderful attentive staff.
So unlike the multi storey apartments we have stayed in before where you are unseen and facilities are unserviced.
Coffee pod machine would be a welcome addition!!!
