Location is great however the hotel notified me on the same day as I was checking in that there would be no water when I arrived - meaning I couldn’t go to the bathroom or take a shower upon arrival or even in the morning (as I needed to leave before 8am when the water was to be turned on). Things happened but since this wouldn’t work with my arrival time or my next day departure I asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else with running water, but the property refused. They then said they might do something but needed the “higher ups” administration to decide. At the same time other hotel guests were complaining about their ACs not working and also wanting refunds to go elsewhere, and the front desk denied them. This was during one of the many heat waves of the summer. I understand things happen but also no running toilet is more than just an inconvenience. It was a lot of back and forth so I ended up keeping my luggage there and crashing at a friends hotel nearby.
I waited a week before writing this review. The hotel keeps saying they are waiting for the administration to review and get back to them.
I understand things happen but if there is no usable toilet, let your guests stay elsewhere!

The location was superb in one of the smart residential area of Rome, with superb bars and restaurants and just one stop away by tube from the Colosseum!

Ottima posizione, staff gentile, camera silenziosa, letto comodo.
Purtroppo ho trovato tantissima polvere sotto al letto, sul mobile della macchinetta del caffè e sul caminetto. Su 5 luci in bagno (comprese quelle dello specchio), solo 2 funzionati. Il dosatore dello shampoo non è stato riempito, per cui il secondo giorno ho potuto usare solo il balsamo.
