Chambre très bien mais GROS PROBLÈME pour le Petit-déjeuner
Pros:

Emplacement bien. Grande chambre propre.
SDB immense.
Accueil sympathique. Le Monsieur a tout fait pour répondre à nos attentes mais la problématique du petit déjeuner a gâché un peu le séjour.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas servi à l'hôtel !!
Il a fallu sortir de l'hôtel et se rendre à une boulangerie à 2 pas et prendre le petit déjeuner DEHORS en plein mois de Décembre !! Ce n'est pas ce qui était prévu et annoncé. Très déçus avec nos amis. Fort dommage.

Friendly staff and nice rooms in a new part of Rome for me
Pros:

Great bedrooms and the staff were very nice

Cons:

Air conditioning was broken in our room, and there wasn’t really a fix available. But I just left a window open

Lokalizacja dla nas bardzo dobra. Niedaleko stacja metra. Kilka knajpek w okolicy. Hotel urokliwy z klimatem

Śniadanie jest w barze niedaleko hotelu. Raczej w stylu włoskim rogalik + kawa

Il ragazzo della reception del pomeriggio molto gentile, professionale e disponibile. Quello della sera un po' meno.

Cons:

Sull'app di booking era scritto chiaramente "parcheggio coperto" ho scelto questo hotel soprattutto per questo, ma quando sono arrivato ho scoperto che non hanno nessun parcheggio.
L'ingresso del hotel scomodo, male illuminato. Non riuscivo a trovarlo perché la scritta era nascosta dalle piante. Non ci tornerò

Lo staff la gentilezza e la disponibilità

Cons:

In generale avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata , la camera molto grande e pulita , letto grande e comodissimo , la nostra camera, purtroppo , aveva il bagno con pareti di vetro trasparenti con tende alla veneziana a fare da oscurante ! Giuro che non capisco l’utilità di vedere chi divide la camera con te , per quanto tu sia in intimità , che fa i suoi bisogni ! Indegno per non parlare degli odori che i vari scarichi spandono per la camera !
