Super schöne Suite mit toller Aussicht mega zum Wohlfühlen

Cons:

Innenschwimmbad war schrecklich sehrwahrscheindlich falsche Zeit erwischt.
Wurde dauernd hineingesprungen und man wurde immer erwischt entweder mit Fussball oder vom Sprung ins Wasser .Keine Badeaufsicht oder Eltern der Kinder. War Nervenaufreibend.

Séjour décevant.

Le parking était payant, mais cela ne nous a pas été indiqué avant la facture au moment du check-out. Même chose pour notre chien : un supplément de 25 CHF par nuit nous a été facturé sans que nous en soyons informés à l'avance.

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'était pas très accueillant. Personne n'est venu nous demander si nous souhaitions commander quelque chose sur la carte, ce qui donne une impression de manque d'attention envers les clients.

L'insonorisation des chambres est également un vrai point faible. Nous entendions constamment les portes des chambres voisines s'ouvrir et se fermer, avec l'impression que cela se passait dans notre propre chambre tant le bruit était important.

Enfin, le restaurant de l'hôtel est très cher par rapport à la qualité et à la simplicité des plats proposés. Nous nous attendions à une meilleure expérience. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes déçus de notre séjour.

Pros:

Alles! Die äusserst schöne Umgebung. Das einmalig gepflegte Hotel mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen und alles war bis ins Detail gepflegt und durchdacht. Das Zimmer und der Ausblick war sensationell. Auch das Essen war äusserst vielfältig und sehr gut. Selbst unsere Hunde waren willkommen und wurden verwöhnt. Frau und Herr Vogt waren äusserst gastfreundlich. Wir kommen wieder!
