Enjoyed our stay very much and the staff make the stay all that more pleasurable. Will recommend.
Pros:

We stayed in two different rooms on two occasions. The first one was very good and quite spacious. The second one had a balcony and was smaller but still quite good. The staff were the best we found in Vietnam. Afternoon tea was a nice treat and the pool area is excellent as well.

Cons:

No problems at all.

Wonderful Siagon visit
Pros:

Fantastic attentive staff, lots of smiles and welcomes.
Very comfortable room, great location, easy access to everything going on in District 1 and beyond.

Relaxation while staying in the hotel
Pros:

Excellent location and helpful staff. Nice room with being cleaned up twice a day..hotel birthday gift and service on my wife’s birthday. Rooftop bars with free sauna, steamed house.

Clean, spacious and welcoming
Pros:

The reception, breakfast buffet area and rooms were kept very clean. They also provided complimentary pillow menu. We stayed here for my partner and I’s anniversary, and the staff beautifully decorated our room.

Cons:

From the images I’ve seen of the rooms, for the Sanctuary Executive room, it seemed like the room was very large and spacious. However, in person it was smaller than expected. Still, the room had adequate space for 2 check in luggage and 2 carry on. It was just different from my initial expectation.

Simpelweg uitstekend! Voortreffelijk hotel, zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel die alles doen om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Afternoon tea = traktatie. Mooi dakterras, goede bedden, fijne locatie.

Cons:

De airco / afzuiging op de kamer maakt wat veel lawaai,maar met oordoppen is dit te ondervangen.

Sauber und komfortabel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Schöner (warmer) Rooftop-Pool mit Cocktailbar und Lage zentral aber ruhig im District 1. Frühstück sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl.
