Grossartig, unpassende Reaktion der Hotelrezeption
Pros:

Grossartiges Hotel in guter Lage, zudem toll dekoriert anlässlich des chinesischen Neujahrsfestes. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

Ich wurde Opfer eines kriminellen Taxiscams am Flughafen Saigon auf der Fahrt zum Hotel mit körperlicher Bedrohung und finanziellem Betrug. Der Betrag von 1.580000 dong wurde mir bei versperrten Taxitüren aus der Hand gerissen. Ich hatte ein Video mit dem Kfz-Kennzeichen.
Ich schilderte es der Rezeptionsdame, weil sie nach meinem Befinden fragte, in der Hoffnung, einen Rat zu bekommen.
Sie lachte nur und meinte, unter 2 Mio hätte es keinen Sinn, die Polizei zu kontaktieren und meinte, das nächste Mal würde ich es wohl besser wissen.
Diese Reaktion war für mich zu diesem Zeitpunkt absolut unpassend.

Great little hotel in Japantown
Pros:

4th visit great hotel, great staff, terrific location.. Sophie on reception was a fantastic help and could not do enough to help us. The breakfast is superb and don't miss the afternoon tea..........we will be back sgsint

Best hotel in Ho Chi Min. Stayed a few times and will be back. Staff are amazing, particularly Sophie who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Excellent hotel overall. Customer service is the best in the city and location too.
Pros:

The location and most important, the staff. I keep returning because of the staff who are friendly and helpful, whatever the situation.

Cons:

The lifts. Sometimes if I’m not carrying anything, I’d rather take the stairs.

A sanctuary of calm in the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh 😍😍
Pros:

well presented hotel and staff.
Amazing staff, friendly, courteous and accomodating. Felt like nothing was too much trouble..
Very comfortable room, very relaxing. Roof top bar and pool was small but had plenty of beds and good atmosphere. Lots of guests mixing and chatting.

Loved the Japanese toilet!

Cons:

Found the dim lighting an issue sometimes.

Nothing that i didn’t like but I would suggest switching up the choices in the afternoon tea. Or give guests an option to have more sweet or savoury options.

Fantastic location and fantastic staff
Pros:

Amazing and helpful staff, spoke perfect english and provided guidance when needed. Staff helped us make booking on our behalf for dinner reservations.

Room was fantastic, massive room comfy bed. Location was fantastic, was close by many major locations.

Cons:

The bath tub shower was splashing water everywhere, it just needed a slightly larger glass panel.
