Silverland Sakyo Hotel

Sophie and her entire team (including Nhi, Khang, Vu and the rooftop barman who does magic tricks!) do an amazing job at making guests feel welcome. The hotel itself is perfectly located in the hustle and bustle of district 1 with everything on its doorstep and the facilities are excellent. But above all the service and hospitality from the staff are incredible and will make you stay enjoyable.

We are currently staying at the hotel and the bar upstairs is super cool, tuan anh and hai have been great bartenders! If you like magic ask tuan anh to show you a few really cool tricks! They also have a great pool and view up there!

We choose to stay at Silverland Sakyo every time we come to Ho Chi Minh City, and honestly, it offers some of the best end-to-end service we've experienced across our travels in both Asia and Europe.

The people are what make this hotel so special. From the moment you walk through the doors, everyone is genuinely warm and welcoming. The porters consistently go above and beyond, whether that's helping transport items, assisting with local businesses, or simply making you feel looked after.

A special thank you to Sophie, who was incredibly generous with her time and went out of her way to help me organise some emergency alterations. That level of care and willingness to help is rare and speaks volumes about the culture of the hotel.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, daily housekeeping is excellent, and the rooftop bar and pool are the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city.

For us, staying at Silverland Sakyo isn't just about accommodation anymore—it's become part of our Ho Chi Minh experience. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Everything is ok except the price is high .

You have to come here for a drink. Tuan anh is an amazing bartender. He will make you smile and even can do amazing close up magic. This guy should be on America’s got talent. He makes an amazing drink and is so funny and kind. The setting is beautiful. Worth a visit!!!

My stay at Silverland Sakyo from June 10–22 was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to Tuan Anh, whose amazing cocktails, incredible card tricks, and warm personality made every evening unforgettable.

I would also like to recognize the outstanding concierge team, Shawn and Sophie, for their professionalism, helpful recommendations, and exceptional hospitality throughout my stay.

A big thank you as well to Sam and Anh, the doormen, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome every time we entered and left the hotel.

The entire team went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. I highly recommend Silverland Sakyo and look forward to returning again soon!

I like the rooms and the facilities

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Erster Aufenthalt (2017) Das Hotel wurde im November 2025 renoviert. Japanisch geführtes Hotel- Sehr gute Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Extrem motiviertes, höfliches und Lösungsorientiertes Personal. Wir wollten in in der Oper eine spezielle Show ansehen die auf den Buchungsplattformen bereits ausverkauft war. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns noch Top-Karten auf dem Balkon zum normalen Preis besorgt. Dafür ein herzlicher Dank an alle. Auch die Pagen an der Tür hatten sehr viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Bars die dann wirklich einen Besuch wert waren. Wir empfehlen Veranstaltungen über die Rezeption zu buchen, keine Preisaufschläge und sehr guter Service. Wir hatten auch schon 2017 mit Buchungen zu Theaterbesuchen.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend in einer sehr ruhigen Atmosphäre optimal um den Tag zu beginnen. Wir durften nach dem Checkout noch alle Einrichtungen bis zur Abfahrt zum Flughafen nutzen, inkl. der Duschen am Pool.

I moved into Silverland on the 2nd of June. The people at the reception are very helpful and the ladies in red and the manager is always very helpful and kind.
Sam and Pho and the rest of the Porter team are very impressive. They are not only helpful, they are very polite and fast in their work..especially Sam, he is very alert and will be there to help you with heavy stuff after your shopping. Its the best porter team I have seen. They are a very motivated lot.

Tien and Vu are very attentive at breakfast. After my second day stay, VU will prepare a glass of ice when I arrive as I have a habit of drinking cold water in the morning. Its one of the sweetest thing I have experience when having breakfast ay hotel. Very well done Vu. Anf Tien who is always so smiley and cheerful every morning. She remembers most people room numbers !!! Good memories!

The room cleaning crew are a great bunch.. room is always clean and they mop the floor every day.

In all, the facilities are abit dated.. but the splendid hotel service makes it the best I have stayed in HCM.

Congrats for having such a wonderful and hard working team in every department, Silverland. I will definitely stay at your hotel on all my future visits !
