STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Pros:

Criminal enterprise will rob you. I am pursuing litigation as they canceled my reservation and STOLE MY MONEY. They think you will quietly go away after fraudulently receiving funds prepaid. It’s a strategy and a scheme STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Pros:

June 2026: Buyer beware! That is unless, you like the idea of a $350/night dirty motel. This is not a hotel. It’s a dirty, creaky, smelly old motel. Banged up prison-like doors, a horrifying convalescent hospital smell in the public hallways. I shall go on: holes in the hallway walls, 25-yo smelly wall to wall carpeting in the hallways, dirty dusty EVERYTHING. The first room key they gave us was to a room so alarmingly unclean, my husband didn’t put his bags down and looked at me like this was a joke. His first words: “HOW MUCH??” We retuned to the desk to report the condition of the room and were challenged. Let us send housekeeping up there to challenge your feedback. No one at #Redac has set foot in hospitality school. I am so mad at myself for not trusting the red flag that began with the phone call that morning from LAX, giving them a quick heads up that our flight landed early. It was like an AI rabbit hole of weird phone calls with vague, dismissive, and unprofessional transfers from one rabbit hole to the next. That night as we reluctantly climbed in bed (after a full bed-mites bedding check) we ran the numbers on had we just walked out and driven to a brand name, a Ramada or a Hilton, honestly for $350 they would have been leagues above this experience because they have to be. Our friends at REDAC clearly report to no one. Who cares 🎉 they bounced us to the exact same situation across the hall. Embarrassing. Depressing. Gross. Stay very, very far away from this fleabag. Pros:

Office staff uninterested in service. Fragrances in room and system made us very ill. We are going to report the situation to upper management. Very dirty room and has not been updated. We would not stay in this facility again or you're other hotels if they are like this one.
