Rude stuff
Pros:

Ants in the room. Rude stuff!!!
When I check in wasn’t smooth, I can understand stand they have policies, but the stuff told me in very impolite way, „hey girl! if you’re not happy, you can cancel your booking! You can’t get any refund anyway!“ while she chewing gum.
No one want to pay 200$ for her attitude!
Got another room was ok but still the whole building is a bit too old. Good things are they hav japanese bidet and free parking.
I reported the problem to the front desk I got“we‘re sorry about that“ and I wrote the email to manager I just wanted to let them know what happened and let their employees get better education of service. But I didn’t get any reply since 1 week! Very angry and disappointed!!!

Pros:

日本食の朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋の清掃が行き届いていなかった。
一部屋目に案内されたところは
・ベッドにポップコーンの食べかす
・冷蔵庫にシミ
・浴槽に長い髪の毛
・タオルから髪の毛
・ハンガーが一本もない
があった。

耐えられず部屋の交代をしてもらい別の部屋に入ると、
・カーペットにドライフルーツのようなゴミ
・土が落ちている

ような状況で、清掃はあまり行き届いてなかったなと感じました。
