Cons:

Not about breakfast as there wasn't any!! Room needed a bit of work. Bathroom door shut but didn't latch. Shower really needed a lip on it - water flowed over onto floor so bath mat was used to absorb water rather than something to stand on to dry off. Was good enough for what we wanted - a place to sleep and on our way the next morning. I did want to compliment the young lady who was working - all by herself - and only her second day on the job. She did a very good job of helping people. When I booked I made a special request to be on main floor - was booked into 3rd floor so she accommodated us but we really could have had a nicer room. Right down by laundry so a slight gas smell, assuming from dryers.

Pros:

As always the desk staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and adequate.

Cons:

My TV didn't work the last 2.5 days of our stay. We were offered to move to a different room but that wasn't an option ad my wife and I are both disabled. We requested room service once. Only one of the two beds was serviced probably due to our belongings being in the way, understandable. When we returned to the room (117) the door wasn't latched closed. That was a bit disturbing. We visit at least once a year and this visit was by far the least pleasurable.

Could be way better. Not staying again
Pros:

I liked it was right off the freeway.

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable we thought about sleeping in our car. The pillows fall flat we might as well of not had one. The blankets were so think it was pretty much a sheet we were sleeping with.
