We had a free upgrade on check in which was a nice surprise, the apartment was clean and the view of the golf course which was lovely.

Gardens and grounds looked stunning and well kept.
Hot water was instant and good pressure.

Cons:

Room was a let down, greeted when opened the door by a huge stain in carpet, with a few other smaller ones in the room,
Stains on quilt which was only between two sheets and not in a quilt cover. Maybe this is a new thing ??
Cutlery was dirty as well as the coffee cups...all which was quite easily washed but begs the question if it had actually been checked???

The only good thing about this property is the location. The lounge room TV never worked despite complaining 4–5 times—staff kept saying they were “too busy” and no one fixed it. Travelling with a toddler, this was extremely frustrating.

Check-in experience was poor as well—we arrived around 1:45 pm and were just told to wait without any assistance.

Food and room service are overpriced and not worth it.

The swimming pool was not clean, water quality seemed poor, and the spa wasn’t working (looked like it had been out of order for a while).

We paid around $550 for 2 nights, so definitely not cheap and not worth the money.

Would not recommend, especially for families.

Spontaneous Easter weekend night stay
Pros:

Loved the spacious unit, it was clean and comfortable.
We also got an upgrade on check in which was a pleasant surprise, love love loved the unit with our spa bath! Thank you so much ladies.
It was quite a busy afternoon for the staff but they were doing a great job getting us checked in over Easter weekend.
Pools looked alluring and the grounds were well maintained.
There's a bar and restaurant on site- we did not use it but nice option to have.

Cons:

Would have been great to have smart TV in room. Also our conditioner dispenser wasn't working, probably just overused bottle. Not enough to not like, just things the host could review.

Would go back if I know the mattress and pillows are updated including some furniture

Property is in a great location the gardens are well looked after and clean friendly staff room size with the pool view is great found it a little outdated..mattress was hard and not very comfortable including pillows 😞 lounge could be replaced as it’s old and looked well used other then that it was a very nice stay 👌
