Overpriced, dated and disappointing
Pros:

The water pressure in the shower was great. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. It was good to be able to have a coffee in the room.

Cons:

The room was dated and very disappointing. Definitely not worth $225 for one night. We could have had the same level in a chalet at Big4. Had they not been booked we would have gone there. Fortunately we were able to climb up into the bath for a shower but you’d struggle if you had any balance issues. Just so disappointing at such a beautiful location for an Accor hotel. Overpriced!

It’s was fine for what we needed.
Pros:

Great location. Nice neat grounds. Friendly staff and convenient having the golf course/driving range. Spacious room - lovely hot shower.

Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely Golf facilities!

Cons:

It's expensive for what you get. Nothing is included! There was not even a microwave in the room- We brought our little pod coffee machine to make a coffee but no way to heat the milk - if you want to 'borrow' a microwave, you have to pay more! The $550 is just the room!
The 'neighbors' room is so close- and they disturbed us with their noise late at night - even talking ! They had small children too so it was not very peaceful.

My husband really enjoyed the golf :) Well kept grounds & surrounds- lawn etc.

Cons:

Requesting an extra bed (even just a mattress on the floor) upon booking, email confirming yes at no extra charge, then another email saying it would be $50 if we wanted it. I replied saying no thankyou we didn’t want to spend another $50 and screenshot the original email. No reply or mention of it again. Some of the staff were friendly, some were not. The spa was taped off/not working. We paid $400 for one night and we just both feel that overall the value for money was absolutely not there, and we will stay elsewhere next time.
