Best place I’ve stayed at for a very long time.
Pros:

The room was brilliant, the restaurant and food was brilliant.

Cons:

The hot Spa didn’t work which was a let down.

Would go back if I know the mattress and pillows are updated including some furniture
Pros:

Property is in a great location the gardens are well looked after and clean friendly staff room size with the pool view is great found it a little outdated..mattress was hard and not very comfortable including pillows 😞 lounge could be replaced as it’s old and looked well used other then that it was a very nice stay 👌

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Studio suite was comfortable. Towels were plentiful. Views of the course fantastic.

Cons:

The spa pool was closed, both it and the pool need refurbishing.
The studio suite was ok but needs refurbishing - lighting & bathroom would benefit from updating.
Lighting in the grounds at night was minimal.

Great stay for our girls night!
Pros:

Was great value for money and good location. Pool area was nice although an area was being repaired during our stay and taped off. Nice view of the golf course.

Cons:

The rooms are quite outdated. Furniture looks pretty dingy with damaged wood on cupboards and dirty looking carpet.

Great spot
Pros:

Great spot. We stayed 2 nights. Clean great facilities. Very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Only negative was the footpath lighting. There was none working. We had to turn on our torch lights on our phones to navigate to our room.

Very good comfortable and relaxing .
Pros:

The tradional service of freash sheets and towels every day .they evan gave us extra lactose free milk . Food is good well worth trying .

Location and comfort - excellent.
Pros:

Delighted by the view over the golf course and having our dinner on the patio of our room as the sun set. Peaceful and comfortable. The staff tidied our room and this was very welcome. We had family business to attend to in Eaton and the location of Mecure Sanctuary was perfect.

Cons:

If we had any comments they come from the 'nit picking' department. The decor in our room we feel is a bit dated and the swimming pool water was less than crystal clear - but these are not deal breakers.
