Good rooms, good space.
Restaurant below average, bar staff not good and food below average and over priced.
the room was great for myself and my granddaughter
the reverse cycle wasn't warm enough for both rooms and the extra blanket from the cupboard was to thin and old to provide extra warmth on the bed
Location and facilities were good.
Having to pay for breakfast.
Location , nice area
Doors super thin front and just minor but maintenance issues. Only minor withe deadbolt on the sliding door , toilet cistern constantly running. It’s got plenty of rooms to look after but you have such a nice surroundings. Maybe promote your dinner and dining experiences a lot more either on arrival in the foyer or in the rooms in the booklet. As I explained very nice but can be a beautiful place with the minor issues taken care of. Service on breakfast was great even though it was super cold but nice , smiling and accomodating. Well done
Location very good ; breakfast it’s aright
Location and staff
The aircon was noisy and totally useless. We had it up to 23 degrees. It was still so cold even with the additional blanket. Would have turned it off completely except for the cold draft coming through the front door.
Easy to get to, check in fast and efficient. Lovely buffet breakfast and friendly cheerful staff
It was all lovely. The staff were so helpful and the unit was immaculate.
Lovely well kept location very peaceful
Only stayed here due to a footy event. It was nice but the spa wasn’t working in the pool area. Kids were excited to use it but couldn’t. Property looks tired and requires updating.
Very outdated. Furniture was very scratched. Paid over $300 for a night. Would be a lot better if the room was updated!!!
Clean well maintained
Air con upstairs not working. Main bed very worn and uncomfortable
Overall still comfortable stay and good staff.
Food was great.
The units are aging and can do with some renovation.
The water pressure in the shower was great. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. It was good to be able to have a coffee in the room.
The room was dated and very disappointing. Definitely not worth $225 for one night. We could have had the same level in a chalet at Big4. Had they not been booked we would have gone there. Fortunately we were able to climb up into the bath for a shower but you’d struggle if you had any balance issues. Just so disappointing at such a beautiful location for an Accor hotel. Overpriced!
