Overall still comfortable stay and good staff.
Food was great.
The units are aging and can do with some renovation.
The water pressure in the shower was great. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. It was good to be able to have a coffee in the room.
The room was dated and very disappointing. Definitely not worth $225 for one night. We could have had the same level in a chalet at Big4. Had they not been booked we would have gone there. Fortunately we were able to climb up into the bath for a shower but you’d struggle if you had any balance issues. Just so disappointing at such a beautiful location for an Accor hotel. Overpriced!
Breakfast cook to order
Beautiful surroundings
Kitchen was a little dated and the bedrooms had no heating so they got a little bit cold
The staff were lovely and helpful
The food was delicious
The spa was broken which was very disappointing
The shower dripped all night
Great location. Nice neat grounds. Friendly staff and convenient having the golf course/driving range. Spacious room - lovely hot shower.
The bed. Too hard. Not enough blankets.
We had dinner both nights food was excellent.
Shower was dripping all night.
The accomodation was lovely, as expected for the price. Staff were friendly.

Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely Golf facilities!
It's expensive for what you get. Nothing is included! There was not even a microwave in the room- We brought our little pod coffee machine to make a coffee but no way to heat the milk - if you want to 'borrow' a microwave, you have to pay more! The $550 is just the room!
The 'neighbors' room is so close- and they disturbed us with their noise late at night - even talking ! They had small children too so it was not very peaceful.
Everything about it
Secluded
Barely any complimentary sugar/coffee/milk
