Séjour réussi dans un hôtel de qualité
Pros:

Hôtel très bien entretenu, avec un magnifique jardin
Personnel aimable et à l'écoute
Propreté et confort de la chambre
Beaucoup de choix proposé au petit-déjeuner, avec jus d'orange frais
Salle de restaurant spacieuse et tranquille

Cons:

Absence totale d'un salon de bar convivial avec canapé et fauteuils afin de profiter d'un moment de détente. Alors que le site comporte des photos d'un tel espace inexistant.
Problème de stationnement récurent, avec seulement 2 places réservées aux clients de l'hôtel

Cons:

Chambre sans aucun décor (mur blanc, literie blanche...) style chambre d'hôpital.
Pas l'ombre d'un kleenex dans la salle d'eau...
Pour le dîner de demi pension, service à table avec choix entre 2 entrées, 2 plats et 3 desserts ( dont une salade de fruits, un yaourt ). Aucun service de bar...
Et très gros point noir: pas de places de parking réservées pour les clients de l'hôtel et stationnement très compliqué dans les rues proches!

Para repetir! Felicidades equipo!
Pros:

La atención atenta y personalizada. Mimando a sus huéspedes y ofreciendo lo mejor que pueden. Cada empleado implicado en esta misma tarea. Estamos satisfechos y agradecidos. Volveremos una quinta vez y continuaremos si esto sigue siendo así, porque marca una diferencia con otros lugares. El desayuno en room service es perfecto. El restaurante se nota el cariño con el que hacen los platos. Una escapada de aniversario que recomendamos al 100%.

Cons:

Quizá lo complicado sea el aparcamiento. Pero finalmente siempre encontramos algún hueco por la zona.

Wir kommen nicht wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.
Die Betten waren bequem sind aber auf Rollen.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut nur die Kaffeemaschine verursachte lästige Warteschlangen.

Cons:

Wir waren eine Woche mit einer Reisegruppe da und hatten noch eine Verlängerungsnacht gebucht. Leider gab es keine Balkonzimmer mehr und wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock und ein sehr kleines Zimmer. Das wäre für eine Nacht ok für einen Aufenthalt von 8 Nächten definitiv zu klein. Den Stuhl am Tisch kann man kaum rausziehen. Sitzgelegenheit unbequem also bleibt nur das Bett.
Das Zimmer war anfangs kalt und muffig. Das Bad roch nach dem 2.Tag nach Abfluss.
Wir hatten Schimmel im Bad und unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster.
Das Abendessen der Halbpension mit zwei Essen zur Auswahl. Beilagen beim Hauptgericht sehr übersichtlich und einmal gar nicht vorhanden. Gemüse als Beilage findet man vergeblich.
Der Speisesaal sehr kalt und ungemütlich.
Abendessen würden wir hier nie wieder.
Keine Minibar im Zimmer.
