The hotel was near to a money machine and near to the Metro..
I could make a cup of tea in my room.
I could open the window.
There was hot water for bathing.
It was difficult to find out things from the staff because their English was not good.

Staff- first time I had experience such bad service, it has always been good behaviour where ever I have booked, money minded people doesn’t care of bother listening or responding to interactions or query raised, will never stay or recommend this hotel.

Nothing
I stayed at Treebo Pawan Putra because my mother was having a surgery at a nearby nursing home and the location was perfect. It was barely a two minute walk from the nursing home. Besides that the Phoolbagan metro is also very close and at a walkable distance.
The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
There's a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel so you don't have to go outside for your lunch and dinner. And in case you do go out, I'd highly recommend trying Shandong Chinese restaurant which is barely 100 metres from the hotel.
Apart from that the room was very clean and neat and tidy. And bathroom was huge. There was also a mini fridge in the room which is always an added bonus. Over all a very nice stay.
The AC could have been a bit better. The cooling was very weak.

the Staff behaviour is very rude, and whenever I ask for something, they always have one answer to it and that is no I was travelling with my wife and I found the room wasn’t safe, The door was two sided open There was a gap in between the door so anyone can see from outside the fan was broken and when I asked them to change my room, they denied. They said they don’t have any room available at that date, but when I checked in the Booking app, it was available. The room number is 108.

This is actually nothing to like about the property due to Staff behaviour which is very rude and they are not helpful at all. They gave us a shitty room. I asked them to change my room. They said they don’t have room, but they actually had available rooms and it was horrible.

Unprofessional and rude Staff, I was travelling with my wife and they give me nightmares. This room. Attendant guy was drunk all the time.
