Close to distance to funeral home I was attending

The staff didn’t allow me to check in after it was fully paid and was demanding I made an additional payment upfront and was asking for 100 cash deposit I advised her I needed to speak to supervisor she said she was not answering and if have to pay if wanted to stay she was very rude and still attempted to process my card more then once upon arrival and was told I had to deal with booking .com since that’s who I used as a third party
