The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff could brush up on their hospitality.
Pros:

We didn't eat there. Really liked the room.

Cons:

It took way too long (15 minutes) to get an elevator at peak times. Once when the elevator door opened, one of the cleaning staff looked at us, said "sorry" pulled her tub of dirty clothes onto the elevator and left us standing there still waiting. We took the stairs which were super creepy and we ended up outside.
We also used the valet, which was recommended by the hotel. We never got our car in under 20 minutes, once was 35.

Not to sure really the whole experience was spoiled by the receptionist on checking out.

Cons:

The amount taken on my credit card was different to the amount stated when booking. And also different to the amount on invoice emailed to me, and the amount changed again on checking out. When asking the question as to why I was being charged more. The receptionist was a couldn’t care less attitude. But did speak to manager who said he will contact me. Hasn’t yet

Staff was great! Morgan at the valet stand was exceptional and clearly enjoys her job!

Very nice, clean, and perfect for a couple traveling with pets.
Pros:

Cool historic building. Nice location within walking distance of lots of things. Pet friendly as well.

Short stay but would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Convent walking to stadium and to garage.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. Lobby area was a little too strong of a fragrance but overall we had a great stay.
