La amabilidad de los trabajadores y trabajadoras. La cercanía al metro y la comodidad de las camas

Schon zum dritten Mal dort gebucht, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, das Appartement komfortabel ausgestattet (klimatisiert, mit Safe, gute WLAN-Connection, Boxspringbett, Kitchenette, sauber), die Anbindung ans Verkehrsnetz gut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Kleine Reklamation (defekter Wasserkocher, wird aber sofort ausgetauscht).

Ottimo compromesso!
Pros:

L’appartamento è davvero molto carino, con letti comodi, Wi-Fi veloce e uno staff estremamente gentile e accogliente.
La posizione è ottima: con la metropolitana si raggiunge Marienplatz in circa 15 minuti. Il quartiere è tranquillo, sicuro e ben servito, con minimarket e altri servizi nelle immediate vicinanze.
Molto comodo anche il parcheggio, con possibilità di trovare posti gratuiti nelle strade adiacenti alla struttura.

Cons:

La cucina mi è sembrata un po’ sprovvista. A mio parere mancavano alcuni elementi essenziali, soprattutto per chi soggiorna due o più notti e utilizza la cucina anche solo per preparare la colazione. Avrei apprezzato la presenza di una tovaglia o di alcune tovagliette, un canovaccio per asciugare le stoviglie, un panno per pulire il tavolo e il piano cucina dopo i pasti e una scopa vera e propria.
Inoltre, se si soggiorna per più di due notti o si è in più persone, la sola scopetta con paletta non è sufficiente per mantenere la cucina e l’appartamento in ordine.

Skvělé ubytování
Pros:

Ubytování je v klidne lokalitě s výbornou dostupností mhd. Přímo u ubytovani je Olympijský park, který se dá krasne projet na kole a je nádherný na večerní procházky. Obsluha ubytování byla skvělá. Dostali jsme dřívější přístup na pokoj, při odjezdu jsme si na ubytování nechat zavazadla. Recepce funguje 24/7 a i kávovar je neustále dostupný v neomezeném množství. Pokoj byl moc hezký, uklizený. V koupelně je velka sprcha se sprchovým gelem.

Cons:

Jako jediný problém bych viděl vybavení kuchyně. Kuchyň je malinká, ale na základní vaření postačí. Jsou zde 2 hrnce, pánev, hrníčky 2 velké a 2 malé talířky, skleničky a příbory. Bohužel chybí sůl nebo olej (cukr je ke kávě). Kuchyň ma vyřešený odkapávač pomocí drážek v kuchyňské desce, což je problém, protoze to je jediná použitelná plocha na krájení atd... řešení je vzít s sebou uterku na nádobí. Jediný problem u vaření jsem poznal u pečící misky. V troubě se vám rozpálí a neni možné ji ničím uchopit, aby se člověk nespálil

Zona muy tranquila, muy cerca del metro, en unos 15 minutos estás en el centro de Múnich.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no tienen las mismas calidades que otros apartahoteles de esta cadena en los que he estado. No lo recomiendo para pasar más de una o dos noches. Muy poco menaje de cocina y la limpieza es mejorable.
