Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und professionelles Rezeptionsteam, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ausreichend ausgestattete Küchenzeile für Kurzaufenthalte, gute U-Bahn und Busverbindungen und toll die Nähe zum Olympiapark

Cons:

Leider fehlte ein Vorhang zur Verdunkelung des zweiten Fensters.

الفندق نظيف وحديث موقعه هادئ يبعد عن السنتر ٢٥ دقيقة تقريبا وعن المطار ايضا ٢٥ دقيقة اكثر شيء عجبني موظف الاستقبال المغربي محترم جدا وخدوم وبشوش ويساعد بكل حب والغرف فيها مطبخ مصغر وثلاجة وميكرويف هذا اهم شيء حق اللي عندهم اطفال واحتاجوا يطبخون لهم شيء بسيط وسريع وفي صالة تحت وحديقة وفي جميع انواع الشاي والقهوة والماي والماي الغازي مجانا على مدار الساعة يعني حتى لو بنص الليل ما فيك نوم تنزل تاخذ قهوة وتقعد باللوبي او بالحديقة وعن نفسي راح اعتمده في كل مرة ازور ميونخ

Pros:

Nice rooms with facilities inside such as small kitchenette. Having coffee machine also is a plus. Room size was OK . Staff were really nice and supportive. Location is Ok, close to the metro station and in a nice park.

Ottima struttura, molto comoda
Pros:

La camera era pulita e ampia, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, ottima struttura per la vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana (5 minuti a piedi), il quartiere è molto tranquillo anche nelle ore notturne, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

L'unica cosa da migliorare è la pulizia delle lavatrici e asciugatrici ad uso comune di tutti gli ospiti.

Good location and friendly staff, but uncomfortable pillows.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel has an underground parking garage, which was convenient and worked well for us. The location is quiet and peaceful. Although it’s not in the city center, the nearest U-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Munich. There is also a supermarket and a shopping center within walking distance. We were attending a concert at the Allianz Arena, and it was easy to get there by U-Bahn with just one transfer in about 40 minutes. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly—we connected without any issues, and the speed was more than enough for video calls.

Cons:

The room had a kitchenette, but there was only one fork, which was inconvenient for two people. There was also no kettle in the room, so we had to go downstairs whenever we wanted hot water. The only option there was a coffee machine. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pillows. They were extremely thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

es war okay. Preislich dafür aber eher teuer
Pros:

Kochzeile und kostenloser Kaffee. Sowie gute Temperatur

Cons:

Silberfische und sehr laute Putzkräfte. Mit Entspannung tagsüber sah es schwer aus. Viele Möbel verschoben/ Klopfen etc.

Хороший, приветливый персонал, хорошие апартаменты, внизу бесплатный кофе, но дополнительно можно за отдельную плату поз
Pros:

Удобное месторасположение, в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро.

Cons:

Был грязный пол, не наточенный нож, указано что диван один раскладной, а по факту к дивану приставлена была просто раскладушка.
Но в целом было хорошо, уютно и комфортно для недолгого пребывания.
