Très bien placé pour profiter du parc olympique
Die Größe des appartments
Am Frühstücksbuffet ist es sehr eng.
Gute Lage, mit Glück bekommt man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Straße (sonst 16€/Tag in der Tiefgarage).
5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn.

Ottima posizione vicino alla metro e al parco olimpico. Appartamento pulito, bello e funzionale. Acqua, caffè e tisane gratuiti.
La sala fitness piccola e per lo più fuori servizio, ma comunque è un servizio per me non indispensabile, dato che ero a Monaco per visitare la città.
Lage neben dem Olympiapark und einer U-Bahnstation ok und auch das Zimmer grundsätzlich in Ordnung
Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet und wir hatten zunächst keinen Wasserkocher obwohl dieser zur Ausstattung gehören sollte.
Das Hauptproblem bei unserem Aufenthalt war jedoch wie folgt:
Wir hatten für 4 Nächte gebucht, am zweiten Tag gab es jedoch kein warmes Wasser mehr im Apartment. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass das gesamte Hotel kein Warmwasser hätte und dass die Arbeit an der Anlage länger dauern könnte, bis zu 2 Tage. Als Alternative wurde uns zunächst empfohlen, uns mit dem Wasserkocher zu duschen (den wir bis dahin gar nicht vorfanden im Zimmer!) oder später auch das Angebot gemacht im Nebenhotel zu duschen. Das fanden wir bei winterlichen Temperaturen auch nicht akzeptabel und haben uns daher für eine verfrühte Abreise entschieden. Als Entschädigung wurden uns lediglich 10 Prozent für die zweite Nacht ohne Warmwasser sowie das Erlassen der Parkplatzgebühr angeboten, sowie natürlich die Rückerstattung der nicht konsumierten zwei Nächte. Die Gesamtsumme war bei der Anreise von meiner EC-Karte abgebucht worden und es wurde uns - von einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter, der nur Verständnis für das Hotel einforderte, jedoch keines für die zahlenden Gäste aufbrachte - erklärt, dass der Betrag nur zurücküberwiesen werden kann. Das haben wir auch akzeptiert, müssen aber knapp 2 Wochen nach Abreise feststellen, dass das Geld noch immer nicht auf dem Konto eingelangt ist. Eine Rückfrage per Mail ergab, dass die Rücküberweisung bis zu 4 Wochen dauern kann - die Abbuchung hatte interessanterweise lediglich einen Tag gedauert. Zusammengefasst: wir empfinden das Kommunikationsverhalten des zuständigen Hotelmitarbeiters und die Praxis das Geld wochenlang einzubehalten als unverschämt.
Nice place, near U-Bahn, near big parking with low fee. First time had a hotel with free coffee maschine and water(gas) - so really liked it!
We got a room for 4. One person had to sleep on a very thin foldable bed. If the person would be heavier-it would broke down 1st day out of 4 :D…now only few wooden planks broke.
One more thing, we checked out and left some thing in the fridge. We came around 14pm to take it, but the reception was not able to take room key and go check it asap, we had to wait for 1hour until someone comes and as we had no time and the staff we were talking already left work - we didint wait anymore too.
Im Zuge eines Messebesuch in München war ich eine Nacht dort untergebracht und wer nur Bett und eine Dusche braucht, wird dort sicher nicht enttäuscht werden. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich aber ausreichend. U-Bahn ist fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt!
