Important information:

Please note that the hotel only accepts small pets up to 15 kg;
It is not allowed to host puppies under 8 weeks of age and without vaccination;
It is mandatory to present the updated vaccine card, annual vaccines up to date (V8, V10 and V12, Anti-rabies and deworming);
Dog accommodations has an additional fee of BRL 82,40 per night;

Localização, conforto do quarto, café da manhã. No geral os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar e também uma funcionária foi um tanto grosseira quando meu irmão foi nos acompanhar no café da manhã ( ele pagando o dele e da esposa, logicamente). Quase não permitiu o acesso

Gostamos muito do café da manhã e da localização

Cons:

Nosso check out era na segunda as 12hs, queríamos curtir um pouco a piscina mas infelizmente nao foi possível pq estavam limpando a área de lazer. Outra coisa, no booking coloquei a opção de pagamento em 3 parcelas, porém no hotel só parcelaram de 2x

Muito bom como sempre a não ser por serviço de certas garçonetes despreparadas.

Bon séjour, mais hôtel assez cher
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner excellent, surtout avec la terrasse sur le lac.
Chambre très confortable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est quand même assez cher, même les différents services proposés (snacks, taxi vers l'aéroport) sont beaucoup plus cher que dans le reste de la ville.
Ma chambre devait avoir vue sur la lagune, mais j'étais sur le côté, je ne le voyais donc que très partiellement.

El mejor hotel!
Pros:

El hotel es espectacularmente comodo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cuentan con amenidades. ¡El restaurante es ultra delicioso! En el lugar encuentras de todo: comida, snacks, tragos, descanso, piscina. De verdad que fue un gran lugar para descansar después de unos días viajando por Brasil.
