Important information:

Please note that the hotel only accepts small pets up to 15 kg;
It is not allowed to host puppies under 8 weeks of age and without vaccination;
It is mandatory to present the updated vaccine card, annual vaccines up to date (V8, V10 and V12, Anti-rabies and deworming);
Dog accommodations has an additional fee of BRL 82,40 per night;

Hotel precisa ser melhor administrado !
Pros:

A vista para a lagoa .

Cons:

Tv antiga , imagem muito ruim , com chuviscos , poucos canais .Efetuaram minha mudança para outro quarto no mesmo andar ( 4 andar , último andar )
Muito barulho no quarto , um ruído muito forte ( apto 427 ) tv também com imagem sem qualidade e com chuviscos .
Sauna a vapor com pouco vapor e não esquenta o suficiente para quem gosta de fazer sauna e faz com frequência .

Estrutura excelente, com piscina, bar, restaurante, spa, vista para lagoa, freezer com muita variedade de bebidas para consumo. Excelente localização e quarto muito confortável.

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel é muito desorganizado, muita demora no atendimento e para receber os pratos

Boa localização, em frente à lagoa.
Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Academia pode melhorar.
O hotel estava muito cheio por ser período de carnaval, o café da manhã bem servido mas a arrumação das mesas foi bem ruim, sem talheres por exemplo. O horário também terminava cedo, 10:30h.

O restaurante é ótimo! O cardápio é bem variado e a qualidade dos pratos é muito boa! O tamanho dos quartos também é excelente. A qualidade dos travesseiros e colchões também. A piscina é aquecida, o que faz toda a diferença para aproveitarmos bem as comodidades do hotel. Gostei do cuidado que tiveram com a recreação infantil. Meu filho amou os personagens e as brincadeiras.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos e da piscina é boa, mas ainda tem oportunidades de melhoria. O hotel estava bem cheio, sendo assim deveriam ter colocado um número suficiente de mesas e guarda-sol ao redor da piscina, para que todos se sentissem bem acomodados. A reposição do frigobar não esteve a altura do preço. O processo de checkin e checkout deveria ser mais automatizado, visto que o hotel tem uma rotatividade considerável de hóspedes.

Da gentileza dos funcionários, da localização, da vista para a lagoa, do quarto.

Cons:

A forma de lavar os pratos deles não tira o cheiro de ovo. Nos três dias que passamos nele pegamos pratos que estavam cheirando a ovo.
