Please note that the hotel only accepts small pets up to 15 kg;
It is not allowed to host puppies under 8 weeks of age and without vaccination;

O único ponto a desejar é o estacionamento: sem cobertura, pequeno e não cabe todos os carros se o hotel estiver mais cheio! Precisa urgente de um novo estacionamento, pois se a lotação estiver esgotada o carro fica na rua!
O hotel é maravilhoso, com uma ótima infraestrutura, além do quarto ser super espaçoso e moderno!

O restaurante Sollare deixou muito a desejar (fora o café da manhã).
Pedimos serviço de quarta na janta, o preço dos pratos era por volta de R$ 65 (por um prato pequeno de ravioli) e R$ 85 (filé a parmegiana), o que achei bem salgado. A qualidade da comida não estava boa, meu marido não conseguiu comer o filé a parmegiana pois estava com gosto azedo. Se melhorar esse ponto, fica perfeito.

A piscina poderia ser mais quente . Minha filha não conseguiu aproveitar , porque achou fria .
O que nos chamou atenção foi o SPA mas não fomos atendidas . Pegaram meu telefone e falaram q entrariam em contato e nem satisfação me deram . Fiquei chateada com isso , achei pouco caso com o cliente .
