Good but hot
Pros:

Excellent value, room was a decent size and bathroom great. Bed was medium soft which I like. Check in seamless even late in the evening.

Cons:

The room aircon was set on cook when I arrived, turned it down on the controller to a comfortable 22 but had no effect. Trying to explain this over the phone at midnight in English not so easy so turned it off and open the window....... helped but not great, why do hotels super heat indoors in winter, cooler rooms are better for sleeping and if there is a room control........ let it control not just a token device

Good all round quality hotel in convenient location.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. High level of English at reception - lucky me! Nice room. Spacious. Thick walls, quiet. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice bathroom. Good all round service. Everything you need. Room service menu limited but tasty.
