他が空いていないので仕方なく。
Pros:

アメニティが普通に揃っていた。

Cons:

お風呂の排水溝が掃除されていなかった。
カードキーを2枚渡されたが、1枚は直ぐに使えなくなった。
部屋が狭すぎたし、ベッドが高い。
奥のベッドは窓際と隣のベッドとピッタリくっついていて、枕元のものを取るには足元からわざわざ、よいっしょとのぼるしかない。
ベッドの下に荷物を入れるように、高くなっているらしいが、登りにくくてしょうがない。
隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえで、うるさい。

京都駅からのアクセスもよく、駅近で助かる！
Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧。
朝食対応の方は忙しそうだったが、笑顔で対応されていて良かった。

Cons:

喫煙所がホテル内に無い点。近くの飲食店内にあるので助かった。予約時に喫煙室があったが、ホテル内に無いか分からなかった。
ただ新しくできるホテルは、喫煙所が無いものなのかとも思った。

駅近で便利！　清潔感もありました！
角部屋だったからか、ツインルームが広くおしゃれに感じました✨

Cons:

洗面のカランが短く、顔を洗いにくかったです。（浴槽で洗いました…(･_･;）

Pros:

掃除がなかったので、部屋にずっといることができた。外出も気楽だった。テレビで無料の音楽を聴くことができた。

Cons:

はじめエレベーターの使い方（カードをかざして等）がわからなかった。朝食自体は悪くなかったが、レストランが狭いので、混んでいるときは知らぬ人と相席になるかもしれずそれはイヤだ。レストランでテレビを流すのはやめてほしい。せめて音楽にしてほしい。ペットボトル水は１日１本くらいほしい。
