受付のスタッフさんの対応が良かった

Cons:

便座が暖かくなる設定がなかったので冷たさにびっくりしてしまった

Cons:

アパホテルのアプリを持っているのにも関わらず、ブッキングで予約しているのでアプリポイントをつけることはできなかった。理由としてチェックインするまでに言ってくださいとのことでした。チェックイン時にアパホテルのアプリはお持ちでしょうか？と一言言って欲しかった。非常に残念です。
あと、受付3人ともロビーお客様がいるのにも関わらず、私語が多い。ぺちゃくちゃ喋って、品がないし、鬱陶しい。非常に残念です。
