ベッドは良かった。

Cons:

外壁工事中とはいえ、窓が目隠しまでされており、閉塞感と安全面の不安を感じた。壁紙の趣味が悪く、落ち着かなかった。全室禁煙はまったく理解できるが、簡易な喫煙所すら1箇所もないのはあんまり。やむなく喫煙のために外出する際に、都度フロントの方から声を掛けられるのも煩わしかった。

もう、泊まらない。

受付の対応

Cons:

駅前なのか、駐車代をはらわなくてはならなかった。
治安が悪すぎて夜中にパトカーが来てわめいていた。
同じ階に学生の団体さんがいたのか、寝ようとしていたら、外が騒がしく眠れなかった。
学生とは別の階での配慮が欲しかったです。

心遣い溢れるお部屋だった
Pros:

清潔でお部屋の広さも十分だった
お部屋の備品が良い(椅子にキャスターがついているので動きがスムーズ　シャワーが細かく優しい　泡立ちの良いタオル　洋服掛けが多い)

Cons:

フロントが狭い
ベッドが高すぎ(ベッド下がトランクを置く為と言う事には納得だが、背が低いので)　改修中だったのかな？

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

希望通りの部屋を用意して頂きありがたく思いました。
外壁の修理中だった様で窓の外に枠組みがあったのは残念でしたが、朝食も美味しく、スタッフの対応も迅速丁寧で快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

朝食の場所はやや狭くてもう少し広いと良いと思いました。
