Fantastic high end hotel and first class service in a country setting ten minutes from Godrich.
Pros:

For a hotel that is surrounded by farmer fields it was amazing. Think about taking a top Toronto hotel and moving it to the country. The staff was super friendly. The room big, modern and super clean. The decor is top knotched everywhere. They have sauna, hot tub and a salt water pool that most hotels do not offer anymore. The contenental breakfast was fresh and yummy. They have a modern coffee machine that makes great coffee.

Cons:

The fact it is a family run business, the attention to detail is way better than the big fancy chains by far.
They even have complimentary water and pop. They also have complimentary robes like Hugh Hefner.

Very neat place to stay, full of comfort and things to do.
Pros:

It was a unique place, very colourful. Enjoyed the space, comfortable beds and rooms were very large.
Lots of things to do, the pool, sauna and hot tub were great.

Cons:

Breakfast was great but limited.
That is about it though, it was really great.

Pros:

The staff were very accomodati goderich and friendly. The rooms and common areas were spotless and very well appointed. This was our second time staying goderich with you and we look forward to visiting you again soon.

Cons:

The only thing I want to mention is the quality of the pillows. Both my husband d and I had difficulty getting comfortable. One pillow was not enough and 2 was too high, straight ing our necks. Other than that, everything was just wonderful!

Very pleased with Dreamz Inn !
Pros:

The hotel was outstanding,staff was great,room and facilities were excellent.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like everything you would want in a hotel.

Over all the facility was clean, welcoming, and priced reasonably.
Pros:

The breakfast was well displayed, food fresh and variety was excellent.

Cons:

The occupants on the floor above me had a young child who ran back and forward in their room constantly until after 11:00 pm. This made my for a difficult relaxing evening to be obtained. I woul have complained if I was staying longer than one night.

Nice place simple improvements could make it better
Pros:

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The pool and hot tub were great, and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There are outdoor loungers, a basketball area, and plenty of space to sit outside and relax. Everything looks nice and new, and the beds were very comfortable.

A few downsides: the included breakfast is extremely basic, with no hot food and mostly sugary or high-carb options. There are also limited electrical outlets in the room, particularly around the nightstands. The pool was a little on the cold side.

Our biggest issue was the TV. It was stuck in demo mode, and we could not figure out how to turn it off. This left a pop-up displayed on the left side of the screen for the entire evening.

Despite those issues, the property itself is very nice, comfortable, and well maintained.

lovely grounds and building but OVERPRICED
Pros:

the room and facilities were very clean.

Cons:

too much emphasis on high end decorations and amenities like plush house coats,shoe covers a safe etc. but the layout and convenience of the room suffered.There was very little space to place belongings.only one bedside table for 2 queen beds.Some sites referred to a full breakfast that wasn't the case.The continental one was only adequate and not worth the extra cost of the stay.
