Breakfast is just breakfast fake eggs and Polish sausage on Sundays. Luckily I’m a yogurt person.

The place did what I needed it to do. Here for work for 2 weeks. Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Sharde and Gia are wonderful and very helpful!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and is very nice!
One of the two elevators was not working for 1 week so we had to wait awhile every time!
The folded egg omelettes are terrible. They should never make those again!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Coconut Creek on 5/18-5/19/2026. I selected this hotel based on the good reviews it received. I don’t know how it received such good reviews.

Pros: The hotel front staff were friendly. The lobby was well lit as well as the 6th floor hallway. These appeared to be recently renovated. The gym was well equipped & I felt safe using it at 9pm as a woman by myself. The pool area was nice. We sat pool side & enjoyed the evening breeze but didn’t go in the pool. The breakfast was standard for a Hampton Inn. Nothing spectacular. We stayed in a king room & it was very large.

Con: We stayed in room 613 & it was poorly maintained. So poorly that we didn’t even take a shower. The floor was not vacuumed well as there was stuff still on the floor from previous guests. The shower was gross! There was mold on the caulking & the shower head had pink mold on it. There was also someone else’s hair in the shower door track. In addition, it appeared that the floor in the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. My socks were filthy after walking around the room. There was no safe in the room. We didn’t ask for a new room because we were exhausted from the drive down from Daytona Beach & dealing with the death of a family member from the night before. Also in the room was a handcwritten note from the house keeper along with a sign with a QR code to make tipping easy. Are they crazy!?! Tipping for a gross room? I don't think so.

Be aware that there is a $10 per night parking fee. Why!?! This hotel is not located in a major metropolitan area. It is not near the airport. There were plenty of parking spaces. Yes, it’s my fault that I didn’t notice this on the hotel’s website before checking in but I never thought this hotel would charge for parking based on its location. Also, there are EV destination chargers on property but there is a fee to use them, so we drove down the street & used the Tesla super charger that cost less.

All in all, we will not select this hotel in future unless the rooms have been renovated & the parking fee is removed.

Decent hotel for the price. I gave an extra star for the service. Everyone was very helpful, especially Jon, the evening front desk associate. He went above and beyond to immediately reconcile an issue I had with the room and to ensure that I had everything i needed. Thanks again for the stellar service, Jon.

comfortable and clean, the personnel were nice, good breakfast. The pool was clean and the towels excellent. The amenities were wonderfully.

The kids liked the breakfast, the waterfall that was separating the lobby and the dining area. They provided bottle waters when we came to check in and the room. The suite was big enough to sleep for people for a night.

Excellent gym. Great breakfast that opened at 6am! Perfect for our early morning sports games. Attentive and friendly staff.
