Pros:

The guest services manager, Shardé provided exemplary service, professionalism and helpfulness. She made the difference between an average stay and an exceptional one.

Regarding the facilities, the pool and hot tub were in good condition and a well equipped fitness facility.

Nice Stay
Pros:

The Hampton Inn was very lovely, the staff was extremely excellent especially the one staff member who helped me out multiple times throughout my stay, whose name is Sharde.
There was multiple issues with the elevators, and she was very considerate to move me to a lower floor since I had to use the stairs multiple times. Her customer service was above and beyond.

Pros:

Everyone was so accommodating. Even when noisy room was addressed I was offered a fabulous (quiet ) suite
Sharde is the best of the best. I went through October storms with her assistance also.she gets hugs for technical support and friendliness.

Good place to stay
Pros:

We had a good stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, the halls and entryway were clean, and housekeeping was excellent.

I only took off one star because the bed was quite squeaky and we sunk very far into the mattress.

Pros:

Booked room for four nights through Expedia, December 16-19. No mention of $10 per day parking charge up to to 3 nights. Extra $30 in fees for nothing. The hotel is miles from the beach in a residential area. Where else am I supposed to park!
