One elevator was broken during our stay, but the wait wasn’t too bad for the other one that did work.
Everyone here was very helpful and there was a great atmosphere! At breakfast, Blake was super helpful and nice, and helped my wife get one more chocolate waffle, even though breakfast was nearly over. Great service.

We visit Coconut Creek every few months and always stay here at the Hampton. The location and rooms are great, but what keeps us coming back in the wonderful front desk staff. Sharde is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help with any requests that will make our stay more enjoyable. She greets us with a smile at every encounter and truly makes us feel welcome.

OVERALL? Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but it was very quiet and cozy, and I think I would stay here again.
Arrived after 8pm on a Tuesday night and there were quite a few other people checking in at the same time … I was very grateful to bypass reception and go straight to my room with my digital key.
I thought security was good, having to use my key to get up to the fifth floor in the elevator — only to find out you don’t need the key at all … my room was relatively clean, aside the toenail that wasn’t mine on the bathroom floor, the empty water bottle behind the bed, leftover food on the nightstand, and all the crap left behind some of the furniture. Gross.
I discovered that a digital key is not enough at this hotel, as you do need a physical key to turn on the main lights in the room. So I had to go back downstairs to get one, and the receptionist seemed disinterested in welcoming me … she was on the phone as I stood at reception without even acknowledging me.
The receptionist was nice enough once she was off the phone and assisting me, but never once gave me information on the hotel — and it was my first time here — nor recognized my HH status.
Must admit I do find digital keys quite useless. For example, if I had only used it and not gone downstairs to get a physical key, I would never have known that I needed a parking pass for my vehicle. I also wouldn’t have been able to turn on the main light in the room, as already noted. That being said, it was the best digital key I’ve ever had — it actually worked every single time!
Hotel overall seemed nice and quiet, albeit busy considering the number of cars parked in the lot!
Only one elevator was working for my entire stay, and it was very slow at that……
Very well equipped gym with wide open space. I swung by breakfast each morning, and whilst it was your typical standard American fare, it also seemed a slight notch above your typical Hilton breakfasts.
Good location, within walking distance to a Publix and numerous dining options.
I think I would definitely stay here again, despite the very poor lighting in the room (which is a challenge as I often have to take work meetings and conduct live webinars from my hotel room) and do hope that the cleanliness improves!
I've been staying at this hampton inn off and on since last year. The staff is very welcoming and they go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Joey and Sharde are the best. Very friendly and professional. I recommend this hampton inn to anyone coming to Florida.
The management team treat their housekeepers terrible. One day the truth will be told.
The guest services manager, Shardé provided exemplary service, professionalism and helpfulness. She made the difference between an average stay and an exceptional one.
Regarding the facilities, the pool and hot tub were in good condition and a well equipped fitness facility.

The Hampton Inn was very lovely, the staff was extremely excellent especially the one staff member who helped me out multiple times throughout my stay, whose name is Sharde.
There was multiple issues with the elevators, and she was very considerate to move me to a lower floor since I had to use the stairs multiple times. Her customer service was above and beyond.
The room was clean the beds are comfortable. Many breakfasts options.
There is a $10 fee to park overnight.
