There was no stay because they canceled!
Pros:

This franchise canceled my reservation. Even though I called one day prior and spoke with a female to let them know that we would be arriving very late since we were attending the rodeo the night clerk said they phoned me, but I showed him my phone log indicating that I had received no such phone calls that they were about to cancel my reservation. However, I did show him my call log where I phoned the hotel the day before to confirm later arrival. It was 1130 at night. The hotel was booked and there was not another hotel available between Houston and Austin so we drove home exhausted arriving about 3:30 in the morning. I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone the night clerk was extremely rude and had zero compassion for the situation and the icing on the cake for any future for any future people thinking about staying the lobby smell like dead fish

They could’ve not canceled my reservation!!!!

Was a nice midwa on the trip to West Texas and got us past Houston
Pros:

Very convenient location. Near Katy-Mills mall and many places to eat. Room was overall comfortable but both my wife and I woke up a little stiff the next morning.

Cons:

Breakfast was edible but wish motel breakfasts in general would do away with powdered eggs!

If you’re looking for exceptional, comfort, cleanliness, and a great hotel look no further this is the one!!
Pros:

The property was extremely clean from the moment you walked into the lobby to the point where you got to your room everything was spotless and it smelled so nice nicely and everything I need it was so easy to find.

Cons:

I have no complaints about this property. I will definitely be returning for a weekend getaway very soon.

Overall it was good
Pros:

location, cleanliness, the breakfast was good with decent selection, although our room was next to the road on first floor, there was no noise in the night.

Cons:

the pool could have been cleaner, the curtains did not close all the way, the bathroom door did not close all the way, there was leftover food in the refrigerator
