Ask if the elevator is working before going. And don’t bother to register online. It does work and you have to do it all
Cons:

Elevator was broken and our room was on the second floor. The attitude of the front desk was “oh well, you can’t cancel “. After I got angry she finally said that there was someone who could help carry our luggage upstairs.

The suite was nice and large, perfect for our family!

Cons:

The young man at the front desk was a little rude. I had uploaded my ID to complete the check in online. I left it in the car when we got there since our kids were asleep and my husband stayed in the car with them. He scoffed at me when I explained this to him and said he would still need to see it. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, and he could have just asked nicely.

Pros:

The staff was excellent and welcoming. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained. My son loved the biscuits and gravy. The room was clean and maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 days, would've liked breakfast to not have been the exact same options everyday. Construction made it inconvenient, which is in no part a mark against this facility.

Modern rooms plus indoor pool
Pros:

Nice cookie-cutter hotel with modern rooms. Adequate breakfast included. Indoor pool a plus! With all the freeway construction and closed ramps, difficult to get to the property.
