It was convenient to the location of river walk, grocery store and the highway

Cons:

The parking isn’t enough space, I paid to park on property but had to go to another area due to the small and full parking in front of the hotel, I was disappointed totally !!!!

It’s location in relation to downtown.

Cons:

I had to ask for a crib in the room to accommodate our baby, and there was not one. Also, we weren’t told that the air conditioner would be on only for a limited time during certain scheduled times.

The location was clean and well kept, the staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

I did not like that we had to pay for parking I understand parking is limited downtown and so a parking pass must be obtained but it should be free for your guests.

Pros:

The breakfast had the best selections and was great!! Staff was very friendly, pleasant and especially polite!

Cons:

My only dislike was having to pay for parking which was an additional cost. I’d be okay with it if it was a fee for a secured parking but we were still instructed to not leave valuables in our vehicles because they were not responsible. So I don’t understand why a fee is charged when other hotels we’ve stayed at have never charged us for parking.

Decent hotel, nice amenities.
Pros:

The location was good, I believe parking should be free if I'm spending $108 a night.

Cons:

Breakfast was decent although omelets were premade with cheese and I was not able to eat there was other continental breakfast choices.
And again I believe parking should be free if I'm paying $110 a night.
