Pros:

The fact that HEB is just walking distance, it is a plus when you have kids with you. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great service throughout our stay. The only downside was the room. I recommend asking for one of the remodeled rooms, as the older, non-remodeled rooms have a noticeable musty smell and could definitely use updating. Other than that, we had a good experience thanks to the excellent customer service.

Cons:

They need to step it up with the breakfast, when you are on vacation having a good breakfast before you go on with your day is important my kids all they had was an apple because there was not much to choose from.

My stay could have been a little better ...
Pros:

The location was fine. I didn't get up in time for breakfast but that was ok.

Cons:

I didnt like that my room stink and my tub was not working properly. It rained the next day and water started coming through my ceiling. Once the maintenance guy came and looked at the ceiling I had got a call to be moved to a better room.

Definitely staying here next time. Just taking my own pillows. LOL
Pros:

Very clean and staff was friendly. We loved the indoor pool and the fact that HEB was right across the street. Also we loved the breakfast that was served.

Cons:

The pillows sucks.
