Apenas um elevador funcionando
The staff were very nice and accommodating. Really appreciated Rafael efforts to accommodate us.
La ubicación
El desayuno, tienen variedad de panes y dulces pero todo con gluten, tienen avena pero revuelta con lactosa y canela, no tienen frutas enteras solo picadas y la sandía no estaba muy buena .

The warm hospitality, but everyone was phenomenal from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping staff.
Breakfast was very delicious, I enjoyed the rotation of the options everyday. Kudos to the chef and restaurant staff because you didn't disappoint at all 👏 Let's not forget the bar because he also went above and beyond.
House keeping did a great job, to that lady who worked the 7th floor we appreciate your dedication everyday 👏
Overall another unforgettable experience ❤️
El hotel súper limpio y las instalaciones preciosas

El bufete, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, y el precio el adecuado.
No me gustó el trato en el mostrador de un tipo grande viejo un poco grosero como tiraba la pluma y papel y no explicaba nada parecía robot sin ningún tipo de cortesía, como si me estuviera haciendo un favor no explicaba nada. Me sentí con ganas de irme al haber empezado asi pero ya habia reservado por 2 noches. Otra cosa no sabia como llegar a mi cuarto y los empleados a quienes pregunte menos no sabia que habia 2 asensores los del restaurante muy atentos especialmente las mujeres. Deben de contratar gente joven sin problemas de viejos con problemas de actitud, porque le quitan las ganas a cualquiera de regresar solo por no ver amargados groseros sin ninguna cortesía.
