I would never stay here again very nasty

The facility itself was nasty had mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom stain on the floor

It wasn’t great- cheap? Yep and you’re gonna pay for it. Staff will come in at any time and bang on the door.
Pros:

Not much, it’s a crackheads paradise, it’s not very quiet, you can hear people talking, laughing, banging on the bars and singing all night.

Cons:

Not much to like. Pool was closed.

In Gainesville, you gotta stay here
Pros:

Amazing manager, always helpful, staff was very helpful. Amazed with how clean it was, had a mini fridge, microwave, all clean. Every week this will be my new motel . Highly recommend, best online prices and better amenities.

I paid $100 for a place with a pool. I got what I paid for.

I will NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone. Not even my enemy if I had one.

Everything! Everything was terrible. People hanging out all over the property. Bring doing drugs, dogs everywhere. It was straight nasty. Room smelt like they been cooking cigarettes in it.

No Smoking Just Means Cigarettes. Drug Haven
Pros:

First of all, there are signs that say no smoking everywhere. They must not be talking about weed because that’s all u smell from time u pull up until u get in room. Then there’s a sign on inside of room door that says,”for your safety please lock the deadbolt and the latch lock.” We haven’t had a problem but seems to be just a drug and crime paradise. One room even had the window to the room knocked out
