Pros:

Good size room, nice to have the fridge and Aircon.
Comfortable beds and we appreciated the ability to store bikes in the courtyard.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower has no door so splatters water over the bathroom floor.
The settee for the TV area is very hard, more like a church pew with padding!

A great place to stay in Leiden
Pros:

The hotel is so close to the train station, which is what I needed. I also needed something central, to walk the streets by myself. The room was a very good size, and had everything I needed, ie a decent hair drier.
I would recommend this hotel, for sure. Very helpful staff as well

We love the location and enjoyed the spacious room. But the beds were not very comfortable.

Heerlijk hotel met comfortabel bed in ruime kamer met prima ontbijt
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig. Ruime kamer met prima bed. Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Om te douchen moet je in de badkuip gaan staan, er is echter geen douchegordijn. Wanneer je staand doucht in het bad wordt de badkamer klets nat, dus een douchegordijn zou fijn zijn.

Het zag er prima uit, goede locatie

Cons:

er bromde de hele nacht een pomp op de kamer dus niet goed kunnen slapen, na klacht wel € 50,- cash terug gekregen maar dat stond niet in verhouding tot de overlast. Het was ook een duurdere kamer dus al met al erg balen. Weinig begrip. Deze kamer mag gewoon niet verhuurd worden.
