De ligging is top, op 1 min stappen van het historisch centrum. De kamers zijn netjes. Maar zoals ze zelf op de site schrijven zal veel afhangen van wélke kamer je dan precies krijgt.
1. Waarom besparen hotels op voldoende personeel? Net door een degelijke service blijf je je onderscheiden en dus klanten aantrekken! Ontbijt? 1 persoon voor opruim, aanvullen, controle hotelgasten, ... 2. Waarom niet een klein hoekje voorzien als bar of zithoek beneden? 3. Waarom niet eens een fles water op de kamer voorzien? Kost weinig geld en moeite en is gastvrijer. 4. Badkamertje van kamer 208 bedroevend verouderd. Suggestie: badkuip met slechts douchekop? Ehm oké dan.; maar voorzie dan bijvoorbeeld op z'n minst een raam. Op deze huidige manier is het badkamertje meteen een zwembad. Hoogst oncomfortabel en verouderd, dit.

Weinig op aan te merken. Jammer dat er geen bar is alleen vending machines met zeer beperkt aanbod.

La struttura e le camere risultano vecchie e soprattutto sporche.La moquette è ovunque ed in alcuni punti manda cattivo odore.La colazione è passabile .Nulla in questo hotel è all’altezza delle 4 stelle

La camera singola nel sottotetto aveva un vista molto penalizzata , direttamente sullo spiovente del tetto della casa contigua.
Her acidan cok memnum kaldim, konumu ve calisanlari super. Delft'te sehir icindeki otelleri tercih ederim her gelisimde son iki yildir bu otelde kaldim ve memnunum. Odalar birbirinden farkli hepsinin farkli ozellikleri var bu kalisimizda avluya bakan bahceye erisimli odada, ailemle konakladik. 3. Yatak icin ayri niş bir alan mevcuttu. Duz ayak erisimi rahatti.
Konumu cok iyi, her yere yakin ve calisanlar gercekten her konuda cok yardimci oldular. Uzun kaldigim ve daha onceki yil da geldigim bu oteli kesinkle tavsiye ederim.

Un poco estrecho el baño
L’accoglienza è stata molto professionale e subito ci hanno proposto di parcheggiare le biciclette ( indossavamo il caschetto). La location è molto comoda perché è in centro. È il primo albergo, o comunque la prima struttura, che abbiamo trovato con ascensore.
La camera è piccola, arredata male, e ci sono parecchie cose che non vanno nemmeno nel bagno fra cui gli scarichi e estremamente lenti. Ho trovato anche polvere sulle prese.

Douchekop niet schoon, spinnenwebben, afvoerputje bad, geen douchekop bij bad of zeeppompje.
