We won't be back.
Pros:

The smell of cannabis was strong throughout the building. Lots of people hanging around outside. People sleeping in the halls. Overall cleanliness was hit and miss. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Cleanliness. Control over loud guests. Loitering. If you can't smoke in the rooms, you shouldn't be allowed to smoke pot. Working lights and working tv would be appreciated.

They were cleaning my room when I arrived 2 hours after check in. They gave me a key and didn’t tell me that my room wasn’t ready. I went to find house keeping actively cleaning it with it half done. She stopped what she was doing and walked out. Left trash all over in front of my room. Sheets and linens have stain and cigarette burns on them. Offered coffee but didn’t even have it out in the morning. Waited for staff to check me in for over 20 minutes while another worker sat on her phone doing nothing. The picture on the website are not up to date at all. The pool was never filled. The hallway smelled of weed.

Would have given this zero but had to give this a one. Absolute disgusting. There’s no hot tub. The pool is not heated. It’s ice cold. There is hair all over the sheets in our room. There’s holes in the sheets. The sheets smell like weed and cigarettes. The bathtub was covered in some kind of sand or something, the staff when we arrived We’re screaming at each other. The whole place just smelled like weed and cigarettes. Sheets were also stained up a bit Would have been better off, sleeping in my car. DO NOT STAY HERE!

If I choose to stay again, it will be because of Sid.
Pros:

Sid (Syd?) Was very pleasant to talk to, very friendly, and helpful. The room was very spacious, warm, and inviting. The shower water pressure and temperature were very good. The bed and linens were very comfortable.

Cons:

My first of 2 nights was not a good experience at all. It was very noisy all over the motel, and especially in my hallway when someone knocked on my door, and other doors late at night (past 11:30 pm) multiple times, and screaming until 6:30 am at the tops of their lungs. I was told that Police were called to settle people down, or remove them. There was a plastic bag placed over my smoke detector in my room from a previous guest. I reported these deficiencies to staff the following day, and Sid (Syd?) did apologize to me, but I realize he wasn't responsible for these things happening. The snow hadn't been cleared away completely in the parking lot from the recent past snowfall.
