All in all the room was nice. I would prefer a softer bed and more pillows.

It was nice and clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

I was surprised that there was no refrigerator or microwave or coffee pot in the room in the bed was much more firmer than what I prefer. Other than that it was nice.

Breakfast was coffee only. Got an email the day before that they were following covid protocol and there MAY be restrictions to amenities. So no food. I feel that is a money grab and lazy. The bed and pillows were hard and lumpy. The ac unit was very loud. The sink and toilet water pressure were very good but the shower was the worst I have ever seen.

Pros:

I like how everything was updated. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable…

Cons:

I would say the one thing that I disliked was that they didn’t have any fresh coffee whatsoever, and I feel that it’s such an inexpensive gesture. Your customers would really appreciate to wake up to fresh brewed coffee downstairs with some cream and sugar and it wouldn’t cost the company very much money at all.
