Great location with poor staff
Pros:

The location is great in the middle of Jeju city

Cons:

The staff doesn’t speak any English and didn’t greet us at all when we walked by reception and said hi. Feels very disrespectful.

Shower not super comfortable and when showering the whole bathroom becomes wet.

One day we came back and the cleaner left our room door wide open, with all our valuables just for grabs. When we went to the reception to tell this it didn’t feel they understood the situation or thought it was an issue at all.

Ideaal verblijf voor in het centrum!
Pros:

Hele mooie locatie in de stad waardoor je snel bij de night market bent en mooi centraal in het centrum. Kamers waren mooi schoon en ruim! Bij het hotel zit een leuke bar/restaurant waar je goed kan zitten.

Cons:

Het incheck personeel spreekt niet goed Engels daarin tegen bar personeel wel avonds.

Pros:

The location is excellent; stone throw away from the Dongmun market. There is a cafeteria/restaurant/bar inhouse that serves simple but delicious and affordable breakfast.

Cons:

There is free parking available but might need to wait for space to free-up. they have an affiliated parking lot approx 20m away (walking) but driving would be a larger loop. This is not exactly the property's fault. Just stating this for awareness.

Posizione e rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimi!
Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione centralissima, si trova fra Dongmun Market e la Black Pork street, quindi nel pieno del centro movimentato di Jeju! Inoltre dista poco dall'aeroporto, una ventina di minuti col bus o poco più di 10 in macchina.
Era tutto sempre pulito e impeccabile. Ogni giorno, quando lo staff delle pulizie mi sistemava la stanza, mi lasciavano sempre dell'acqua a disposizione, gratuitamente!
L'hotel ha anche un cafè che fa il 10% di sconto a chi ha una stanza, e anche lì il cibo e le bevande che ho provato erano ottimi.
Lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Una cosa che ho apprezzato tanto è stata il fatto che, dato che il check-in è fino alle 23 ma io sarei arrivata verso mezzanotte, li ho avvisati in anticipo e mi hanno detto che avrebbero passato la mia richiesta. Non ero sicura, però, se fosse stata accettata, quindi fino all'ultimo ero preoccupata che dovessero cedere la mia stanza. Invece a mezzanotte, quando sono arrivata, l'addetto alla reception era lì ad aspettarmi e sono stata davvero sollevata! Davvero un bel posto, consiglio assolutamente.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, lo staff parlava poco inglese, ma alla fine usando il traduttore online siamo riusciti a comunicare.
