Lovely centralized spot, just a bit awkward for lighting and some routines, great people.
Pros:

Beautiful late XIXth century renovated city house, which has maintained general features (wooden floors, spiral staircase, window proportions, along with beautifully planted balconies for several rooms (I had one, which was great to come home to!). Staff was personable and willing to help with details, accommodate schedule, listen to questions. Bed very comfortable & well appointed, good linens. Wooden floors greatly appreciated - clean, comfortable in hot weather. Location in quiet, "genuine" neighborhood convenient to public transport and provided with places for forgotten necessities (apothecary, multi-purpose store, grocery, drinks store), as well as an assortment of modest restaurants of various ethnicities.

Cons:

Lighting (for makeup, shaving, what have you) in bathroom not helpful, shower difficult to exit. Electrical outlets (especially for recharging electronics) were not conveniently located, probably could use a few more, as one had to unplug small refrigerator in order to use standing fan. No lift, which might have made arrival with suitcase daunting & roof-top breakfast room hard to access for older clients; at least mention that in description of facilities! All things that one anticipates could be encountered in renovated older structure; just needs more thinking for details and then alerting potential guests to (understandable) limitations.

Abends ein unwohles Gefühl wenn man einen Balkon im Untergeschoss hat

Frühstück war gut und die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel wird prostituiert. Direkt vor dem Eingang sitzen abends Nutten die sich dann direkt vor dem Hotel pimpern lassen.

Berlin für eine Nacht
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren schön groß und das das kleine Hotel nicht direkt an einer Straße steht, ist es auch schön ruhig. Auch das Gebäude selbst ist sehr schön und hat eine Geschichte zu erzählen. Wir würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, aber es gab von allem etwas. Zudem wurde und auch frisch Rührei zubereitet (das ist natürlich sehr positiv).

Pros:

Wat een verrassend hotel, kleinschalig, gelegen binnen een kantorenblok in een groene tuin. Lekker ruime kamer. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon waarop we van de stille groene omgeving genoten, en dat midden in de stad!

Cons:

Toen we op zaterdagavond tegen 23 uur naar het hotel terug gingen werd er getippeld in de straten rond het blok.

Entspannter schöner Aufenthalt in einer chicen Villa.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt zu Fuß. Schöne alte Villa mit tollen Kunstobjekten. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und kann auch auf der Dachterrasse eingenommen werden.

Cons:

Leider unsauber im Umfeld. Da muss die Stadt dringend etwas tun!

I would stay there again!
