The room was very average for the cost. The bathroom was very small and old.

The parking area is full of potholes. The toilet was on an angle. The lift required a card every time you use it rather than only on the ground floor.

Not sure coz I didn't eat or drink there but a few staff members put down there bags after they had knocked off on Friday afternoon, voluntarily to help us move rooms for my son to access the room with his wheel chair. They carried things, pulled beds apart, literally bending over backwards with their lovely spirits n smiles. They are priceless. God Bless you all.

Pros:

The shower had mould through it, a shower curtain which had evident grime along the bottom. Overall cleanliness was poor. A lot of surrounding noises and can hear through the walls of other rooms. Very expensive, would never stay again

Pros:

Good location, short walk to cafes and town centre. Plenty of free parking. Room facilities basic but very clean and hotel reasonably priced.
Nice pool area for families with children to enjoy.
Small bar area open limited hours. Breakfast only available on weekends, but plenty of cafes nearby. Not sure if food available any other time. Reception staff friendly and helpful, but we were out most of the time. Would stay there again.

Very pleasant stay, fantastic location!
Pros:

Nice place, very central so was able to walk everywhere.
Very busy on the weekend so was unable to use the pool due to crowds of children but cleared after the weekend.
Very quiet.
