It’s ok for the price staff are nice

Mist if the guests were Asian (Chinese and Indian/Pakistan). Bare concrete on floors Pool was never used.

However convenient for markets
Food and the laundrette.

Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel

We stayed in this hotel which is located in the quieter part of Pattaya.
We found it an average hotel until it came to checkout where a miscommunication between the staff led to us being accused of towel theft.
When we arrived to our room there were NO towels so we had to request them. They brought us two towels instead of four.
When they realised their error they proceeded to apologise profusely but by this time which was half an hour later the damage was done as we felt so offended, humiliated and embarrassed in front of our party.

Very good hotel and staff was cooperative have bad reviews only by the non-indian travellers because there are many Indian family in the hotel amenities are very good
So i would recommend it to all dont go on reviews it is the best

We have just checked out from our stay at Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel. To put it mildly, this was the worst Hotel we have ever experienced in Thailand. The first room we checked into had a flooded bathroom with water running down the mirror onto the vanity with the tiles above it popping off the wall. The new room they gave us flooded after having a shower. Bathtub was stained and the whole room with its plywood looking C grade furniture was lacking any flair. We had no hot water in the shower and had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper, since they gave us 2 rolls for a room occupied by 4 people. To top it off we had to deal with the rudest person on check out who wanted to charge us 500 Baht for a towel which was stained with a bit of my wife's hair colour. On new years eve and new years day a drunk staff member was sleeping on the couches in the lobby with an almost empty bottle of Whiskey on the table. A particularly nice site when you travel with children. Again, this we never experienced anywhere on our travels in Thailand.

We stayed in this hotel around Christmas time. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. Its close to the beach and also close to Pattaya's busiest street. The rooms are good (in sync with the budget). The hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast menu is pretty okay. Although it could be repetitive. The only flip side is the inhospitable and rude staff. I guess that's how probably how Thai people are. We had this experience throughout Thailand. People dont take any efforts to understand what you are trying to say and on the contrary will howl at you for asking any questions.

A trip to coral island is must.
It's very famous and flooded with tourists.
Even it's crowded, beach and the island was so clean.

They will be taking u to the coral island by the boat.
Lots water sports like parasailing, banana boat, speed boat are available @ coral island.
Separate tickets can be taken.

Their is lot of food court available. More small shops are available.
Lot of beach chairs available and we can enjoy sitting and observing the scenic place.

It's the worst hotel to stay with. They don't give any room service.I asked just for one glass of hot water, that also they u have to come down and take. Each and every staff in the hotel will talk to you as if they've done a favor by giving you a room for staying here. Pathetic attitude towards Indians... Never recommended

The guys at the door were very good and polite. They helped lots. The young guy behind the check in was good as well. Overall it was a below average stay for us both. For our next trip we will not book there again. Lots of people from India that were very noisey most of the time which did not help.

동양인이 없는호텔이 좋기도하만 이호텔은 특히 인도쪽이나 ~탄 나라유형의 남자들이 대부분인곳었네요.
아이들과함께 가족이 머무르긴 좀 불편합니다.
침대는 스프링이 하나하나 느껴지고 청소아줌마는 노크도 없이 맘대로 들어옵니다.

Hey dudes, I want to leave feedback about my journey to Thailand. I have seen many Spanish travel agencies offering trips to Thailand, but decided to choose Local one and choose Glanzu by chance, but it turned out that it was really the best bet. All the services were provided in full. I liked that all the services on the site can be customized for your specific budget and requirements. And you can also customize the tour by day - that's very convenient. I went with friends to Thailand - the country is magical, the kitchen is very tasty, the hotel in which I lived was magnificent (Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel). I recommend this hotel - super service!

Hardly 2min walk to the beach
Great location
Have taxi stand at walking & also central Marina mall

Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, have bathtub. Free wifi is provided by hotel. Location is 5 mins walk from main beach. Its 5 mins walk from a great teadybear island museum, must recomended for kids. Hotel have small swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff is supportive and good. Only breakast is same daily almost which is average. Near by there are indian restaurants that provide fair food.

Nice hotel, very good location just off the beach road. Just a couple of small things, it advertises a bar but it doesn't have one! and it also advertises a laundry service! there is a laundry service just down the road and I believe that's it. you have to take your own laundry and collect it. I would say, it is a good service though and very reasonable.

It's just an average hotel. The rooms r just average. The hotel is not very costly. The plus is it's very near the beach and alcazar show. It's quite far from walking street.
The breakfast is bad with a limited spread.

We stayed at this place for 3days and 2days and i am not recommending this hotel to any one we asked for a room with 3beds and third bed that the provides was a hospital bed. (Pictures attached). Breakfirst buffet is same for three days we stayed. there is a sign saying manoe will be charged for the second round even for the juce. Room was big and specious and has no sea view. if you are staying at this hotel dont go for the rooms in forth floor. fungus has grown over the ceiling(see the attached picture). My recommendation is to if you want to relax avoid this place at any cost.
