حسن الضيافة والاستقبال وسرعة في إجراءات الدخول للإقامة كان سريع، الغرف نظيفة وكذلك دورات المياة، والمكان هادئ للاقامة وعائلي، واكثر ما يميزه وجود المسجد بجانبه تماما، ومواقف سيارات مظللة، وموقع الشقق الفندقية مطلة على الشارع العام المتضمن كافة الخدمات والمطاعم وقربه من السوق الشعبي فقد كانت تجربة تستحق الإعادة

لا شي يستحق الذكر في هذا الشأن اللهم قد تسمع اصوات تحرك اطفال باقي النزلاء في الطابق الاعلى، كما ما تمنيت لو كانت النوافذ لها مطلات على الخارج تسمح بدخلو النور الطبيعي اكثر لكن لا تعد هذه الامور شي يذكر مقارنة بمحاسن الاقامة والهدوء المنشود للمسافر ونظافة المكان
