shower bottom plate was dirt, shower curtain was missing so the water goes everytime outside.
Only one person was at the bar in the lobby: very long time to wait only for a sandwich. For all the rest, everything was okay.
Manager is very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Service was good but the hotel rooms were not clean, kitchen facility poor. Master bedroom in 3 bedroom no shower. 3 bedroom hotel room with 1 shower !!!

Very bad smell inside the room and bathroom was extremely dirty and broken, I regret for staying in this hotel not going to recommend anyone, in the picture looks great but in reality is different

Internet did not work, bathroom was messy with hair in drains, no shower curtain mean bath room got flooded, room had no natural light, I asked for an upgrade (and was ready to pay extra) but no traction from staff, staff did not want to address internet issues

الفندق نظيف ومرتب ولا توجد اي اشياء مزعجه

بالنسبه للافطار لايوجد تنوع جيد لذلك افطرت بالخارج.

الواي فاي كان اقل من الجيد

المكان مميز في وسط حقر الباطن وعلى شارع حيوي

توجد مواقف كثيره وباماكن مختلفه

اللوبي واسع وجميل

تعامل الموظفين اكثر من رائع مع تاخير طويل اثناء الخروج

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Royal studio was found very small with noisy window ACs. Opted for a Suite with an extra payment of SAR 25. B/F not upto the expectations.
Overall stay was OK & recommended for families.
