The location and the staff.

Cons:

The place was rundown and things didn't work had to switch rooms because the TV was not working and a gap in the door and the wall I could stick my finger in. Moved to a different room and the a/c barely kept the room cool and it was only mid 70's outside. Smelled of mildew in the room. Stair case was crumbling. They advertise high speed internet and only had 2G available. When I asked about it, the staff had no clue what I was talking about. Which tells me that there wasn't ever high speed available had to use my phone hot spot to connect my fire stick to watch movies. At almost $100 a night. Fortunately I had credits with my booking app and only paid $160 for 2 nights.

Typical Motel 6 facility that is in need of an extensive update.
Pros:

The location is convenient for my needs and it certainly is a an expensive choice. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. A facility is certainly older and in need of updates both to the facility and the furnishings.

Cons:

There is nothing in particular that I did not like about the facility. It is just an older facility in need of updates to both the building and the furnishings.
