Good place to stay

Had a wonderful time with my two kids. Will come back again. Just wondering if they can provide extra bed free of charge then it will be so wonderful.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean except for poor water pressure and not having hot water in the shower marred our stay esp after a long day out looking forward to a nice warm shower instead, we have a trickling shower and cold water. Requested maintenance to rectified it the next day - it was not fixed when we came back and a helpful technician came and managed to fixed the water pressure and the temperature of the water.

I am a regular guest of Grand Palace for several years. My last stay (21-22 Feb 2023) in Room 208 was my worst experience.
*i tried to check in at 10am. The receptionist insisted on charging RM30. I have never been asked to pay for early check in. I checked in early in my previous stay (8-10 Feb 2023) without incurring additional charge.
* check in was slow. They could not find my booking.
*Toilet was dirty. Dead cockroach in bath tub.
*had to take stopper out of sink and bath tub because water could not flow out
*room door could not lock properly

Staff service was good. Hotel food good Except for breakfast. Should improve quality.

Grand Palace is an oldie but goodie.
The price is very reasonable now, and it is well maintained, clean and spacious.

However the hotel could provide firmer pillows for better sleep.

Contented, room nearer to elevator for elderly assigned as requested. A pleasant and blissful stay. Thank you Grand Palace!

Clean,a/c very cool

Spacious and chill. But view was a bit disappointing. Overall was good.

Good condition with reasonable price but really shot of parking place.

6th floor is very noisy

Good location. Clean and comfortable spacious rooms. Breakfast fine but nothing to write home about. Gym equipment mostly didn’t work. Nice pool area - clean and well cared-for.
