Pros:

Es war einsehr gut geführtes Hotel und liebevoll ausgestattet.
Das es ein sehr lates Viertel ist koönnen die Betreiber kaum beeinflussen.
Dafür ist die zentrale mit 240 m zum Hauptbahnhof kaum zu toppen.
