最高！また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

駅からも横浜アリーナからも近く、テレビでYouTubeやネトフリも見られる。施設も清潔で、ホテルの方も大変親切でした。

Cons:

ほぼないですが強いて言うなら、エアコンが部屋に対して大きかった。少し冷やしたいのにつけると寒すぎてすぐに消しました。でも本当に暑い夏や寒い冬は快適だと思います！

Pros:

駅のすぐ側でロケーションがとても良いです。清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。

Cons:

特に無いですが、強いていえばGW中で仕方ないとはいえ、1泊ほぼ2万円かかったことぐらいです。

新横浜の駅近で楽
Pros:

駅から近くて荷物を預かっていただけたので身軽になって観光できたし、複数の路線があるので電車利用もとても便利な場所でした。

Cons:

ボイラーの関係かなかなか温水が出てこなかった

部屋が過ごしやすく気に入りました、また泊まりたいです
Pros:

アクセス良し、クラシカルなホテルですが部屋の使い勝手がよく、室内の配置など過ごしやすいホテル。
お風呂のバスタブも広め、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです

Cons:

エアコンをつけたらややカビくさい臭いがした
シーズンはじめ？だからかもしれません
気になるレベルではなかったので大丈夫でしたが

フロントの方の接客の質、愛想は今ひとつかもしれません、笑顔が全員少なめです

Excellent location and spacious room.
Pros:

Location right in Shin-Yokohama station. There are so many restaurant and convenience store. The room is spacious so I can open my 3 big luggages.
