横浜アリーナ、新横浜駅へのアクセス最高！
受付の方もすぐに荷物預かりの対応をして下さり、朝食が和食で美味しくて、程よい量でお腹に優しかったです。
快適で満足度の高いホテルでした！
空気清浄機の内部が少し汚れていた。
新幹線のJRの駅と地下鉄駅の最寄りで相変わらず、
大変便利です。いつも清潔で、1階のラウンジカフェやお花屋さんも近郊のチェーン店と違い、美味しいですし癒されますので、利用させていただいてます。

今回は横アリでのライブ参戦で利用しましたが、全てにおいて10分範囲内でした

新幹線移動だったので新横浜駅に近くてよかった
お水が無かった
横浜アリーナの利用で宿泊しました。
駅からはほぼ直結、横浜アリーナまでは歩道橋、コンビニが隣、駅側の向かいに飲食店が多数ありロケーションはとても良かったと思います！
日産スタジアムでのイベントも重なっていたのですが、フロントの混雑は見られず、荷物預けやチェックインもとてもスムーズでした。
前日は予約が取れず宿泊出来なかったので横浜駅まで移動して荷物を預けたのですが、当日は午前中にも関わらず荷物を預かって下さりコインロッカー難民だった私にはとても助かりました。
