Was I 1 night stay we ended up booking are flight a night earlier then planned this place was just fine for the night liked the location to Cafe and food

It’s like a motel with swimming pool. More like $30 a night instead of $50.

Clean area

I loved being on the second floor with the room opening to the courtyard below. I sat outside every morning and had my coffee. Kettle included in the room. And a safe. The room is huge with a king bed, large wardrobe closet. Bed is very comfortable. I slept great and could hardly hear the street noise. There are two pools. A small one on one side of street where i stayed, and is the main reception hotel. The other side of the street has a bigger pool and the restaurant, and various other room on the ground floor only. The restaurant food is delicious. You can walk 8 minutes from the hotel to the beach. Theres a McDonalds and Jollibees there too. The beach is ok. Its a long white sand beach. Gorgeous. But not deep. Theres a lot of seaweed just in the water about 5 meters. So, you have to try and find an area where you can get out up to your neck. Water is crystal clear and the perfect temperature.
Only complaint i have is they charge you to use the gym at the hotel! Ive never heard of that! 300 pesos ($7.50) a day! Or 1000 ($25l for the week. The staff were friendly. I would stay there again.

Spent our new year here. Good Location. Accessible. Walking distance from the main road. Walking distance going to Alona Beach and other stablishments. No problem for foods. Nearest landmark Toto e Peppino pizza house. Has complimentary coffees and water dispenser on the hallway. Accommodating staff. Good hotel service. Has closet, mini refrigerator, electric kettle, safety vault, complimentary shampoo body wash toothbrush water heater towels. Comfy beds and pillows. Hotel linens. Huge room for family but Toilet size is small for me. No drainage on toilet bowl side thats why water overflows from the shower cubicle. Which is dangerous or slippery for seniors and kids along with you. Hope the management can do something about it. No provided floor mat, we need to request at the front desk. Has two buildings. Main and west wing. I booked at the west wing since it is the new one. But the pool is not that nice view. The view was nicer on the main bldg. just not that sure if the rooms was also spacious. All in all, I will book again here on the next staycation.

I love the Regents as it’s close to all the amenities you need, and not to far from Alona Beach. Wifi and air con are excellent. Safe in the room for peace off mind. Two separate pools is great. Free water available. Loved my time, I’ll be staying here when I come back to Panglao.

I gave this hotel 4 stars as the things it CAN control were of decent value given the price.
Location is good for families, just off the main road with restaurants, bars and about 7 min walk to the beach very doable even with young kids and on the hottest days it was super quick. The pool is a good size, menu is great, they clean daily, the hotel rooms are fairly basic but its good sized rooms, comfy beds and good air con - all you need if you aren't staying in a lot. Staff are lovely and polite, despite some of the guests being SO RUDE and appalling drunken behaviour. The staff deal with it so well and can't do enough for you. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU BOOK ROOMS ONLY IN THE MAIN BUILDING NOT IN THE WEST WING.

WHAT RUINED IT is that kids are in the pool from about 5-6am and SO LOUD, it shouldn't be allowed most pools are not open til 7am and it is really unfair to guests - all rooms are around the pool so we were woken everyday. I am a heavy sleeper too! If that doesn't bother you, then this hotels good and the photos are accurate. otherwise - pick somewhere else there's so many options.

Excellent modern budget Hotel and ideal location for Alona and Panglao Island. Have used it a number of times. Has everything you need for a short stay and staff are helpful if needed. For the price right in the middle of Alona you could not do better

Super Noisy at pool site there the rooms are, cause no guard closing the pool even we and many complaint.
From erly mornings...and to late night 01am with loud party pinoys. Toilet was over flowing, only 1 pillow in each bed, it was no over cotton blanket, only under blanket, same in all rooms. The bed table between the bed's dident have any bed lamp and no switch to lights, so when go to sleep we have to go up from the bex and then walk back in darkness.

We stayed here for the seventh time while visiting relatives nearby. We understand the resort is in new ownership and regrettably standards have dropped. Our room was very clean, but, unlike previous visits, lacked an easy chair in the room and only had a blanket with no top sheet on the bed, which we found very unsatisfactory. The pool which has previously been sparkling clean on each visit, was cloudy throughout our stay and with the surrounds was getting quite rundown. The menu now offers a significantly reduced range of unexciting food although the quality was good. The staff, as usual, were exceptional - very friendly, well presented and efficient. Despite these drawbacks, the resort offers good value and the location a short walk to Alona Beach is very convenient.

Really good place really surprised me for that money, really good value here,ok its a 10 minute walk to the beach but its ok, rooms clean and nice bed, nice aircon worked good, wifi to, staff nice here for that money its perfect stay,really recomended by me for that value,and i will be back

I love the Regents. It is off the beach and quiet. Nice pool, gym, and restaurant. The staff makes you feel at home. I just stayed for 12 days and look forward to going back.

Booked last minute since I got stuck in Bohol and had a good experience. Staffing is really friendly
