Everyone at the reception Masha Allah is kind and helpful..( I love you guys )
One thing is 👎 the shower 🚿 has no towels. But everything else Masha Allah is clean & organized. I will definitely come back again.

In all I will say the property is ok but it will better if they have a shuttle to haram. To easy things for those who want to visit the holy site . Other than that everything is ok.

Pros:

رغم أن الفندق قديم لكن جيد ونظيف في كل شيء سواءً في اللوبي أوالكوفي شوب أو الغرف أو الحمامات وأيضاً وجود المواقف وقريبة من الخدمات ولكن لايستحق أربع نجوم.

من الفنادق القليلة التي فيها معاملة طيبة من قبل القائمين عليها مع توفير مواصلات للحرم وباسعار ممتازة

It is one of the few hotels in KSA that has a friendly frontdesk people. It has a big advantage of providing transportation to Haram with amazing drivers that you can call them to arrange your drop off and picking up times. All these with reasonable prices.
