Had a great stay here. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious apartment. Offered everything we needed for our stay. Loved the balcony and the sound of the birds singing in the morning. :-) Fantastic kitchen. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great parking and easy location. The staff are amazing as well.
Pros:

The security is amazing. Awesome location. Near pubs and cafes. Bed is very comfy. Parking is u recover and staff are friendly

Cons:

Even though the unit looked very clean seemed to be picking dust up on our feet. You notice it when you hit the wet areas that we left black foot prints behind.

Pros:

Es war ein wunderschönes Appartment direkt am Main Beach von Yeppoon gelegen mit allem Komfort den man sich wünschen kann. Es fehlte nichts in der Ausstattung.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen wäre zu viel gesagt, aber bei Buchung war uns nicht bewusst, dass hier nicht regelmäßig Zimmerservice gibt. Aber es war ja alles vorhanden was man braucht. Also trotzdem noch alles gut.

however the fire alarm was beeping for 3 days out of my 4 day stay. I did informed the maintenance guy, however it wasnt rectified.

surprise at check-in
Pros:

Location close to the Lagoon and restaurants on the ground floor.

Cons:

1. They use the old fashion keys, and have a jail-like fence with door you have to open before you open the apartment door, so losing a key would be a problem, they make it your problem by making you sign for minimum charge of $500 for lost key at time of check-in (they do not tell you about it at time of booking though, I would not book with them if I knew it), $500 being minimum charge, I hate to think what the maximum charge would be!
2. On booking.com they answered question about smoking, saying you can smoke on the balcony if you close the balcony door, but that is a lie to get your booking as they will tell you can't smoke on the balcony at time of check-in.
3. At the time of check-in they make you sign a vague statement saying they can charge you for cleaning.
4. The wifi password is not around the tv and remote controls like is generally done but it is a small sticker on the fridge. I sure did not find it.
5. The shower is level with the bathroom floor which makes it extremely easy for water to get outside the shower and it is very slippery on the tiles outside then, so be careful.
6. The rooftop pool is small.
7. Reception has very limited hours.

Yeppoon is a favorite, people need to venture there. Echelon is a great spot and no car needed.
Pros:

Location was the best feature, even though we were at the back, the view was still nice, especially at night. Pool area was great although a bit more attention to cleaning would go a long way.

Cons:

Sadly, your house keepers let you down. When staying in holiday accommodation, you don't really want to share other peoples hair every where. When checking under the bed for a dropped item, perhaps moving the beds and running a vacuum under them would be an idea. The deck was absolutely filthy, our feet were black. I vacuumed and mopped it myself as we couldn't stand it. The BBQ was dripping fat, stopped us using it. Cleanliness is so important when providing accommodation, especially in such a beautiful setting.
