Cons:

I had to wait up to 45 minutes to be let in. Also the dryer kept cutting out so had to pack wet clothes in a plastic bag.

Great location, and easy to enter and exit.
Pros:

A staff member sorted out the alarms going off as quickly as possible and bought us fresh towels to replace the wet ones in the drier.

Cons:

for a 3 night stay there was not enough dishwasher powder (only one sachet) and fresh towels would have been nice. The alarms went off when we used the drier after washing the towels.

Not great value for money
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

The property was dirty, grubby make on doors, chip packets it the crumb filled lounge, bird poo all over the out door area and furniture. Aircon cassette so dirty they were sucked up every time the unit kicked in. Super noisey and didn’t work well. Bedroom fan didn’t work, bed had cables hanging out everywhere. For a room we paid over $500 for the night it was disappointing. Wish someone had have been keen to talk to us at check out and we had have taken picks of all the issues for it to be improved

Best location in Yeppoon for family holidays
Pros:

Always clean, well presented and ready for our stay. We come often to visit family and this is our go-to. Best location in town.

Maybe skip this one.
Pros:

The 3 most important things are, location, a comfy bed and a great shower they tick these boxes. However you won’t get any sleep.

Cons:

The curtains let in so much light it may as well have been midday, the streetlights blast straight through. And the lorikeets? Absolute maniacs. They don’t sleep. They scream all night, thousands of them packed into the trees out front. I swear the constant light must be messing with their body clocks.

Although the location was convenient, the unit would require some maintenance before we would stay again.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Bathroom cleanliness was lacking as was provision of basic supplies eg. soaps and dishwasher powder. No basic kitchen supplies either eg. salt and pepper.
Air-con in one bedroom did not work.

Fijne locatie, mooi verblijf. Heel schoon!
Pros:

Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Het was wat verouderd, maar leek wel iedere keer een renovatie te krijgen per onderdeel van het appartement. De kamer naast ons werd gepoetst tijdens het verblijf en je rook hoe goed er gepoetst werd, super!
