Voldoende,hotel kan wat moderner

Prima voor overnachting
Pros:

Overdekte afgesloten stalling voor motor. Schone kamer.
Ontbijt was verzorgd, was de eerste in de ontbijtzaal, verse croissants, maar geen verse broodjes. Wel meerdere soorten beleg, jus de Orange, melk, koffie.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, of het moet de gedateerde badkamer zijn, de kamer was wel ruim met eigen koffie/thee voorziening.

Posto fantastico con staff molto ma molto gentile
Pros:

Posto molto accogliente, ideale per famiglie e soprattutto biker con ampio parcheggio e garage. Ho avuto problemi di salute e si sono attivati immediatamente lasciandomi più tempo per usufruire della camera. Lo userò sicuramente per i miei prossimi viaggi al nord.

Helaas een flinke tegenvaller
Pros:

De toegangssleutel kregen we van tevoren in de mail en dat was zeer prettig om dat we in de avond aankwamen na een vlucht en we zo binnen konden stappen.
Gratis parkeerplek was ook erg fijn.

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst van het hotel ruik je een zeer schimmelige lucht.
Daarnaast waren de bedden echt niet prettig. We hebben beide enorm slecht geslapen. Daarnaast hangt er een gordijntje van niks. Om 6 uur in de ochtend was het helemaal licht in de kamer.
De wc en badkamer is echt toe aan een renovatie en schoonmaakbeurt. Bril van de wc was vies en de wastafel ook. Dit heb ik in de avond nog schoon staan maken. De douche hebben we niet eens gebruikt omdat het vies voelde.
Daarnaast loopt de wc lang door na het doortrekken. Met best wel wat geluid dus in de nacht is dit echt niet prettig.
Personeel hebben we niet gezien of gesproken

Voldeed aan de verwachtingen, fijne locatie!
Pros:

De locatie is heerlijk en net gelegen buiten het drukke Valkenburg. De staff is vriendelijk en geinteresseerd. Fijn ook dat er voldoende parkeergelegenheid was.

De kamer voldeed aan de verwachtingen en vond het heel fijn dat er koffie, thee en welkomstdrankje op kamer was.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was basic maar prima, en de Italiaanse muziek tijdens het ontbijt stond wel erg hard. Wel erg goede koffie :)

Middelmatig.

De centrale ligging.

Cons:

Ik had ontbijt erbij geboekt. Toen ik bij aankomst vroeg vanaf hoe laat ik kon ontbijten was dat: vanaf 08.30 uur. Ik wilde eigenlijk om 07.00 uur ontbijten maar dat was niet mogelijk. Ik liet weten dat ik nergens in de boeking een tijd had gevonden voor ontbijt maar volgens de medewerker staat het er wel op. Nogmaals gekeken maar het staat er echt niet. En dat was ‘t. Alleen een ‘sorry’ en toen ik vroeg of ik het bedrag van het ontbijt dan zou kunnen terugkrijgen was het antwoord “nee”: zogenaamd omdat ik via Booking.com had geboekt. Ik vindt dat een zeer slechte zaak. En toen ik later naar de ‘vragen van klanten’ (of zoiets) ging blijkt dat je wel een take-away ontbijt zou kunnen krijgen. Dat is mij niet aangeboden en geeft nog meer frustratie. Ik ga niet meer naar dit hotel en zal ‘t ook niet aan iemand aanraden.

Gewoon netjes voor dat geld!
Pros:

Inchecksysteem via een e-mailtje werkte perfect, met één schuifbeweging open je met je telefoon de garage, de voordeur, en je kamer!
Leuk restaurant, aardige attentie (gratis een drankje voor ons beide), rustig gelegen, aardige dames in het restaurant...

Cons:

Kamer was netjes, maar wel wat gedateerd.
Een keurig ontbijtje, maar tjonge... wàt donker zeg, aan je tafel viel het nog enigszins mee, maar waar het ontbijt stond uitgestald was het bijna zoeken op de tast... hang er toch een leuke lamp boven!!!
