The stay was great. The hotel is very reasonably cheap and provides great comfort and good rooms for that price.

It also has a swimming pool and nice breakfast buffet.

There is nothing that I liked, even my 11 years old she told me that the hotel should not deserve 4 stars I don't know why they rated as 4 stars, it's not more than 2 stars , from the beginning the receptionist doesn't speak English, the service is not professional and the workers are not professional at all, most of them are rude and not friendly. There are no kettle or anything in the room accept towels and hair blower. When you call them for anything they never understand what you saying,I will never go back to this hotel even if for FREE for any reason,my experience wasn't good they constantly making mistakes but no apologies,very poor service and attitude and manners

Jag fick betala separat. Jag hade velat att frukost ingick i alla rum som man bokar.

4 yıldızlı otel için eksikler var.Banyo ürünleri eksik,çay kahve seti yok odalarda,yatak konforu iyi ama çarşaf ve kılıf yıpranmış,3 gün boyunca degistirilmedi sanki,oda büyüklüğü yeterli ama gün ışığı yok.Yakinlarda restaurant yok ve otelde yemekler facia.En önce düzeltilmesi gereken unsur yemek kalitesi.Cesit az ve kalite çok düşük,servis hızı çok yavaş.Sicak corba bulmak mumkun degil.Kahvalti çeşit az ama bir şekilde doyarsınız.Personel çok alakalı ve güler yüzlü.Standartlar bir parça yukseltilirse bu personel kalitesiyle marjinal fayda elde edilir.

Otel temiz. Tüyap fuar merkezi açısından konum iyi ancak çevresi kötü. Kahvaltı zayıf. İlave sıcaklar olabilir. Fazla çeşit yerine taze ve kaliteli az seçenek olsa daha iyi. Görevliler ilgili ve kibar.

It was a bad experience with this hotel nothing is good in this hotel
1- when i arrived i found a bathroom rubbish on the room table .
2- the AC it doesn't work properly and the room is soo hot and if the whether outside is hot you can't stay in the room
3- bad treatment from them and they speak with the customers in bad way and its normally to shout on the customer .
4- i don't advice anyone to take this hotel

A clean hotel and close enough to the MetroBus station but not happy with the service.

2 kere tercih ettim. ilkinde kapıya temizleme ile ilgili uyarı asmadigim halde biz disaridayken odaya girip temizlik yapılmış. açıklama ise "kapıda uyarı görmeyince girip temizledik" 2. konaklama da ise kapıda yine bir temizleme isteği yok iken içeri gireli 2 saat olmamisken kilitli kapı kartla açılıp içeride olduğumu sonradan anlayip kaçan biri oldu. dikkat edin her an odaniza biri dalabiliyor bu otelde.

Es war alles in Ordnung bis auf das wir einen Zimmer ohne Blick nach aussen hatten sondern nur ein Zimmer mit Blick in Flur Etage

Das Hotel ist ein sehr comfortabeles Hotel so wie der Name Comfort Hotel es angibt.Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich ausgestattet.Das Personal ist sehr bemüht,dass der Gast sich wohl fühlt und zufrieden ist.Sie sind sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber.Die Reinigung erfolgt auch jeden Tag.Ein Familienhotel mit Kindern kein Problem.Ein Nachteil ist nur die Bar, die seit kurzem geöffnet hat und bis 4-5 Uhr morgens Musik laufen hat.So dass man in der ersten Etage den Bass hören kann.Diese ist gedämpft aber trotzdem wahrnehmbar.Aber ein Zimmerwechsel in den höheren Etagen ist kein Problem.

Very ordinary hotel. Not worthy of 4 star rating. It's on the top of a very steep hill which is about half mile in length. Imagine climbing it in 33c heat. Breakfast was not so good either. If you are late coming out of your room most of it will be gone. It did not taste good. Will not go back back to this hotel again
